Important notes:

- The house has the support of a staff member already included in the stay, with service up to 3 times per week, on days and times that can be arranged according to your reservation (usually between 9am and 3pm). She performs basic services such as making beds, washing dishes, and taking out the trash, helping to keep the environment organized during your stay. Extra services, such as meal preparation or additional requests, can be arranged separately.

- Electricity consumption will be measured at check-in and check-out, with charges according to the current price table (Eneel – R$ 1.33 kWh).

The entry takes place upon identification of guests and delivery of keys through our employee and in exceptional cases of schedules, the keys will be at the gate of the condominium
