Our functional home, carefully designed to offer comfort and security, has a private pool and is located in an exclusive gated community with 24-hour security. We are just 150 meters from the beach.

In addition to the private leisure area, the house has 4 air-conditioned suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a private barbecue area.

The gated community has complete infrastructure with a swimming pool, lake, playground and sports court.

The house is truly a cozy and very special place. The concept is to be functional and cozy, with large glass windows that provide excellent natural light, as well as wooden contours that bring warmth and beauty.

Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has rotating parking, so we can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, 2 in the house's parking lot and 1 in the condominium's parking lot;

This is a spacious, cozy and comfortable single-story house! Located in a private condominium just less than 150 meters from the beach, we offer comfort and security.

It has 1 suite and 3 more bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is spacious and airy, with glass and wood. In the outdoor area, we have a private barbecue, a private pool, and a sunbathing area.

Nearby, we have a variety of shops that are very convenient for guests, all of which are easily accessible and close to the house: restaurants, Extra supermarket, fruit and vegetable store (franchise), barbecue, beverage and ice distributors, all within 400 meters. The condominium is located inside the portico.

In the kitchen, we have all the essentials that guests need, including pots, pans, utensils, accessories, crockery and cutlery;

We have 1 suite + 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people and if the group includes children, we can accommodate up to 10 with the addition of extra single mattresses, which must be checked upon availability.

Nosso check in é descomplicado. Após receber lista de hospedes, passamos autorização para a portaria e ao chegar, basta se identificar e pegar as chaves que estarão na portaria de acordo com o dia e hora acordados antes do fechamento da reserva.

Somos comunicativas e ágeis nos retornos, cuidamos para que sua hospedagem seja uma experiência muito positiva. A praia é de aguas calmas e temperatura mais elevada do que as praias mais abertas, a areia firme permite caminhadas, corridas, jogar bola, andar de bike beira mar, a praia também é muito utilizada pelos praticantes de remo. Para quem adora o esporte, em Manguinhos abriga o clube de Remo de Búzios.

Locomoção para praia a pé, por ser bem perto. Para outras praias o deslocamento pode ser feito de carro. A cidade conta com amplo serviço de carros por aplicativos como Uber e 99 Taxi.
