1 - Check in at 4pm - Check out at 12pm - Due to night blocking needs, for special needs consult availability and conditions;

2 - We inform you that we do not exchange bed and bathroom linens during your stay. If you do not want this service, please consult via chat for information about additional tax rates for the truck;

3 - Light and water consumption are treated separately on the following operator rates: R$1.33 per kilowatt consumed for energy/ R$25.90 per cubic meter of water. Photographs of the watches will be damaged at the entrance and not at the check out.

4 - Locked cabinets, doors or dressers dated, will not be available for use;

5 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests must be sent, including the owner of the reservation, and must be present at the time of check-in;

6 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

7 - Extra guests not informed are subject to a readjustment of R$180/day, depending on the capacity of the house. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$ 2,500 and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

8 - In case of need to receive visitors, they must also be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the capacity of the house of 10 people;

9 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (energy, internet, water). There will be no refund or cancellation of reservation, as long as the use of the private vehicle is not committed;

10 - After checking out, the clothes must be left washed and the goods collected and discarded in the appropriate place;

11 - Any interference must be reported immediately during the stay, we will give highest priority to the requests;

13 - Night silence period from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.;

14 - Pet upon consultation, in case of accommodation with animals, in the check-in we do not charge extra, but in case not at check out for verified the presence of stewed hair, or any damage to furniture caused by Pet, this extra hygiene or repair on the avaria will be charged by the host;

15 - It is expressly prohibited to reserve for minors without being accompanied by their legal guardians;

16 - The use of bottles, flakes, or any other glass container in the pool area is prohibited;

17 - Local energy (from the Enel company) and to avoid overload, it is recommended to use no maximum of 2 chuveiros at a time, to avoid grid failure;
