The condominium offers a pleasant structure for you to make the most of your stay, featuring a swimming pool, sauna, and a small sand court.

For your convenience, we also provide bed linens and towels for guests.

1 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that specific booking blocks may be required; for special requirements, please inquire about availability and conditions;

2 - Please be advised that we do not change bed linen or towels during your stay. If you wish to request this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee;

3 - We allow up to two small pets, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. Inside the house, we ask that pets do not sleep on upholstered furniture or beds. While we generally do not charge an extra fee for pets, if pet hair is found on the upholstery or if the pet causes damage to the furniture upon check-out, the guest will be charged for the extra cleaning or repairs;

4 - We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers;

5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms are not available for guest use;

6 - Following reservation confirmation, a photo of the identification document for every guest—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the original documents must be presented at check-in;

7 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

8 - Unreported extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$180 per day, provided the total number of guests remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the occupancy limit will result in a fine of R$2,500 and immediate cancellation of the reservation; 9 - If visitors are expected, they must be notified and authorized in advance; visits are subject to availability and the total number of people on the premises cannot exceed the house's capacity of 13;

10 - We are not liable for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of the condominium's common areas, whether scheduled or emergency-related. No refunds or cancellations will be granted provided that the use of the private property itself remains unaffected;

12 - Upon check-out, dishes must be washed, and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate location;

13 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will prioritize addressing such requests;

14 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15 - Booking by minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians is strictly prohibited;

16 - The condominium's barbecue area is for the exclusive use of residents; guests are not permitted to use it. The house has a private barbecue available for use during your stay. Glassware (cups, glasses, etc.) is prohibited in the pool area;

17 - For instant bookings, to ensure the property is properly cleaned and organized, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after booking confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized starting at 9:00 AM, provided the property is fully prepared.
