The condominium's infrastructure is complete for those who want privacy, comfort and convenience just a few meters from Rua das Pedras, the highlight of Buzios tourism.

Our unit has privacy, since the entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue area and pool are private. So, in addition to the facilities offered, we have the option of leisure in the comfort of the property.

There are 4 suites with air conditioning, guest bathroom, large living room, large outdoor area with pool, sunbathing area, barbecue area and full kitchen (with crockery, dishes and appliances).

The house is very comfortable and fully ventilated with great natural lighting.

Sleeps up to 8 people according to the configuration below:

1st Suite Ground Floor - Equipped with Air Conditioning, 1 Double Bed;

2nd Suite Ground Floor - Equipped with Air Conditioning, 2 Single Beds;

3rd Suite Upper Floor - Equipped with Air Conditioning, 1 Queen Bed;

4th Suite Upper Floor - Equipped with Air Conditioning, 2 Single Bunk Beds;

There are 4 Bathrooms in the suites + 1 Social Toilet (all showers with gas heating)

Fully equipped kitchen, with utensils and appliances, stove, oven, cutlery, crockery and utensils to provide functionality.

Living/dining room integrated, has dining table, TV. Sofas and armchairs are available for resting;

Note: The gardener and pool attendant usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. All to better serve you.

Note 2: In all reservations, water consumption is charged separately, following the following rule: Each reservation has a supply of 3m3 for water and above this consumption, the difference will be charged. For water, the rate is 25.90 per m3. The water meter will be photographed at the entrance and exit and the calculation calculated at check out.

You can walk to Rua das Pedras, but we recommend a car or Uber to visit the beaches. The city has a high number of app drivers.

There is adequate space for using a laptop, home office and sofas for relaxing;

The kitchen has all the elements that perfectly meet the needs of guests, such as pots, pans, accessories, crockery and cutlery, Nespresso coffee machine, water filter and microwave;

All 5 suites are air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. They are distributed as follows:

1st Suite on the ground floor with 1 double bed and wardrobe;

2nd Suite on the ground floor with 1 double bed and wardrobe;

3rd Suite on the upper floor with 1 double bed and wardrobe and 1 minibar;

5th Suite on the ground floor (external) with a single bed and has a Canadian bathroom.

Guests will have full access to the property. The condominium has a modern, functional building and has staff to meet common demands, including a playground, adult and children's pool, sauna and games room;

Our check-in/out is easy, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour doorman and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information;

We respond quickly on both the booking platform and WhatsApp, SMS and telephone. All matters relating to bookings must be handled on the booking platform, so that they are recorded and provide the necessary support to both parties.

The entrance to the condominium is via Av Jose Ribeiro Dantas, which makes it very easy to get around, regardless of your purpose. There are buses, vans, Uber and many places you can walk to, including the nearest beach, which is 350 meters away.
