This is a spacious, cozy and comfortable single-story house! Located in a private condominium just less than 150 meters from the beach, we offer comfort and security.

It has 1 suite and 3 more bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is spacious and airy, with glass and wood. In the outdoor area, we have a private barbecue, a private pool, and a sunbathing area.

Nearby, we have a variety of shops that are very convenient for guests, all of which are easily accessible and close to the house: restaurants, Extra supermarket, fruit and vegetable store (franchise), barbecue, beverage and ice distributors, all within 400 meters. The condominium is located inside the portico.

In the kitchen, we have all the essentials that guests need, including pots, pans, utensils, accessories, crockery and cutlery;

We have 1 suite + 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and one bedroom with a ceiling fan. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people and if the group includes children, we can accommodate up to 10 with the addition of extra single mattresses, which must be checked upon availability.
