The property has two houses, and one (the larger one) offers everything described in the listing. The other (smaller) house remains empty and closed, not available for guests. It's a house that I love! Comfortable, very comfortable and also offering tranquility for being in a private condominium less than 150 meters from the beach.

It has 2 rooms and 2 suites, all air-conditioned. The kitchen is complete, the living room is spacious and sandy, with lots of glass and wood.

The house is really cozy and very special.

In the outdoor area we have a private barbecue, private pool and sauna, as well as an area for sunbathing.

There is appropriate space for using a notebook and home office.

In the kitchen, we have all the elements that perfectly serve guests, such as pans, containers, accessories, crockery and cutlery;

All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, double beds and two of them have additional single beds. We provide 2 single mattresses. We comfortably accommodate 12 people.
