*The listing's cleaning fee includes cleaning before check-in, bed linen, linen laundry;

**RULES:**It is prohibited to hang clothes on the house's balconies (glass guardrails), the house has a laundry room on the ground floor with lines for hanging wet clothes and it is prohibited to bring pets. The penalties applied for non-compliance are provided for and detailed in the rules of this announcement.**

Note: Gardener and Pool Master usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. Everything to better serve you.
