The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are air-conditioned suites and 1 bedroom with a ceiling fan.

Large living room, upper dining room with ocean view. In the outdoor area, a delightful balcony with furniture, private pool, sauna and barbecue area.

The house is located in a gated community, a safe environment. The infrastructure is complete for those who want privacy, comfort and convenience just a few meters from Geribá beach, the highlight of Búzios tourism.

Our unit offers privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue, pool and sauna are private. So, in addition to the facilities offered, we have the option of leisure in the comfort of the property itself.

There are 4 suites with air conditioning and 1 bedroom (dependence) with ceiling fan, social bathroom, large living room, large outdoor area with swimming pool, sunbathing area, barbecue and full kitchen (with bed linen and towels, crockery, dishes and appliances).

Our unit offers privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos is part of the house. In addition to the amenities offered by the condominium, we also offer leisure options in the comfort of our own property.

IMPORTANT:

I- Electricity consumption is charged separately according to the Eneel table: R$1.33 per kilowatt-hour. A photograph of the meter will be taken upon arrival and check-out, and the consumption value will be multiplied by the stated rate;

II- Water consumption is charged separately, according to the Prólogos table: 25.90 cubic meters (m3) measured at the entrance and exit and multiplied by the above rate;
