Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has additional rotating parking, so we can accommodate up to 3 vehicles depending on the availability of extra parking spaces; 2 in the house parking space and 1 in the condominium parking area if available at the time;

*The cleaning fee covers cleaning before check-in, bed linen, and laundry of bed linen;

*If the guest desires, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend grill chefs if you require these extra services during your stay;
