Spacious, the home features bed linens and towels, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a barbecue area with a shower. We're just 600 meters from the right corner of Geribá (about a 4-minute walk) and 450 meters from Manguinhos Beach (less than a 3-minute walk)!

The property features a spacious living room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for those who enjoy cooking with convenience and comfort.

The outdoor area features a spacious backyard with a barbecue grill and shower, ideal for private get-togethers.

On a flat and quiet street, it is just 250 meters from the beach, with easy access via a servitude that leads directly to the sand;

With airy and well-distributed spaces, the property offers a functional experience, perfect for relaxing in comfort after a day of sun and sea;

Located in the Geribá region, one of the most sought-after and vibrant areas of Búzios. The condominium offers guests a comfortable stay, 24-hour security, a shared pool and sauna, and a privileged location 250 meters from Geribá beach;

When you arrive at the condominium, if you wish, you can schedule a 30-minute/day cleaning service, depending on the team's schedule. This service is provided directly by the condominium's caretaker and we have no interference in it;

Note: A gardener and pool attendant usually come in the mornings a few days a week for maintenance and cleaning. All to better serve you.
