Our accommodation is located less than 10 minutes on foot from Peró Beach, in a quiet, pleasant, and easily accessible area.

The units feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and kitchens equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, and coffee maker, offering convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

Outside, the group can enjoy the verandas, garden, and a welcoming gourmet area with a barbecue located on the ground floor in a separate space, perfect for everyone to gather.

We offer 4 free parking spaces, one per unit.

For added convenience, we also provide bed linen and towels during your stay.

Access to the space is granted through keys that will be handed over upon identification of the guests at a scheduled time for in-person check-in.

1 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that specific booking blocks may apply; for special requirements, please inquire about availability and conditions.

2 - Our check-in time is until 10:00 PM. An extra fee of R$100.00 applies for check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not permitted.

3 - Please note that we do not change bed linen or towels during your stay. If you wish to request this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee.

4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out, solely for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers.

5 - Electricity consumption up to 80 kWh and water consumption up to 3 m³ are included at no extra cost. Usage exceeding these limits will be charged at the rates set by the utility companies (Enel: R$ 1.33 per kWh; Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m³). Meter readings (electricity and water) will be recorded at check-in and check-out.

6 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms are not available for guest use.

7 - After reservation confirmation, a photo of the ID document for every guest—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the primary holder must be present at check-in.

8 - Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Do not discard cigarette butts in the garden.

9 - Visitors are not permitted; only authorized guests are allowed on the premises.

10 - We are not liable for service interruptions or issues caused by utility providers (electricity, internet, water). No refunds or reservation cancellations are provided, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

11 - Upon checkout, dishes must be left washed, and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate location;

12 - Use the provided drying racks for clothes (do not use furniture or walls);

13 - Any issues must be reported immediately during the stay; we will prioritize these requests;

14 - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15 - Up to 2 small or medium-sized pets are allowed. Do not leave pets unattended, clean up after them, and bring your own supplies (bed, bowls, etc.);

17 - Access via master key may occur for maintenance purposes if necessary. Issues must be reported immediately during the stay;

18 - Reservations by minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

19 - For instant bookings, to ensure proper cleaning and preparation of the property, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized from 9:00 AM, provided the property is fully prepared.
