RESERVATIONS
To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:
Full name
Birthday
ID number or passport number
CPF
Address / Neighborhood / City / Zip
Telephone
Time of entry into the property
Departure time of the property
Name of other guests (if any);
PAYMENT METHODS, RESERVATIONS AND SECURITY
To reserve one of our properties, we need a deposit to confirm the booking of 50% of the total rental amount. The rest of the rent will be charged before check-in, before entering the property.
The payment, referring to the 50% of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer / deposit, Pix or PicPay credit card.
The payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee + security deposit must be paid in full before the travel date.
We do not accept checks; If the client does not want to pay this amount in cash, he / she has the possibility to make a bank transfer or payment via PicPAy credit card, this transfer must be made up to 2 days before the date on which he / she wants to enter the property.
In order to be able to allocate your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer via email.
Your reservation will be validated from the moment the reservation department of Búzios Exclusive Hosting sends you a confirmation email.
If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the leased property is no longer available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or the full refund of all amounts paid.
CHECK IN
Check-in time: 3 pm until 10 pm
The customer is obliged to inform us of his arrival time and to give us his contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. In the check-in process, the client after informing our responsible department in advance of his forecast time (Department available 24/7), (+ 55-32) 984595537, (+55 32) 988417069, up to 2 hours before his arrival the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property according to the check in time.
If the client arrives before our official check-in time at 3 pm, if the apartment is available and the client wants to be guaranteed the possibility of an early check-in, a change between 6 am and 2 pm may be combined for a fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at the time of the agreement.
For check-ins between 10 pm and 6 am, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time: 6am to 12pm
An employee of Búzios Exclusive Hosting will meet the client in his apartment (the time will be previously scheduled in the rental contract), in order to examine the property, receive the keys and perform a check for the deposit return report, which will be returned from 1 to 3 working days after hosting.
If the apartment is available and the customer wants to leave only between 11 am and 10 pm, we need a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid before the check-out time originally agreed on the reservation.
For check-outs between 10 pm and 6 am, we charge the rent equivalent to the next day. If the customer does not check out at the agreed time, after a grace period of 30 minutes, a penalty of 50 Reais will be charged, if this departure is before 11 am. After 11am, the amount charged will be equivalent to a full night.
CANCELLATION AND BOOKING CHANGES
In case of cancellation or no show, the deposit amount of the reservation will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to the booking dates will only be allowed upon confirmation by E-mail from Búzios Exclusive Hosting.
[COMPANY] has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following cases occurs:
A - the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website and / or rental agreement;
B - disturbance of neighborhood peace and / or violation of condominium rules;
C - organization of parties / events in order to disturb the local order;
D - Denunciation of neighbors regarding the consumption of illicit drugs and weapons;
F - lack of full payment of rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, Búzios Exclusive Hosting assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rent payment.
RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF GUESTS
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property he has rented as well as for any item belonging to the condo. The same is applicable for other residents and visitors. The client and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules of the condominium. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the customer. In addition, they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
VISITORS
There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.
Some reservations do not include the consumption of electricity and gas, if it is necessary to check your rental agreement. In the event of an energy charge, the customer must pay the bills equivalent to the period of his stay at the time of check-out or, if the rent exceeds 30 days, after each month.
