Our house is located in a well-equipped club condominium, offering swimming pools for adults and children, a restaurant, a sports court, and a large leisure area.

The condominium is right across from the access to Manguinhos Beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The beach is known for its calm and pleasant waters, making it a great option for families and those seeking relaxing days by the sea.

Located in the Manguinhos neighborhood, the house is situated in a gated community with excellent infrastructure and 24-hour security.

The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite), accommodating up to 8 people as detailed below:

Suite (upper floor): double bed, bathroom with heated shower, equipped space for home office and online classes;

Bedroom (ground floor): double bed.

Bedroom (ground floor): 2 single beds.

Mezzanine: double sofa bed, fan.

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you require these extra services during your stay.

In front of the condominium, there is a bus stop, where intercity buses also stop. The condominium is right across from the city's main entrance gate, in a very prime location.

Our check-in and check-out process is simple and designed for our guests' convenience. We offer 24-hour reception and allow key delivery upon proper identification of the group and collection of all necessary information.
