A delightful, roomy house with lots of grassy area! Our house is located in Geribá and combines comfort and convenience to offer an unforgettable stay. The property is fenced, perfect for guests with children and pets.

With a spacious environment, we provide bed linens and towels, a hair dryer, wifi, smart TV, barbecue area, and we are just 600 meters from the beach, on the right side of Geribá.

The property has a living room integrated into the kitchen, fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day enjoying the natural beauty of Búzios;

3rd upper suite: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony and bathroom (2 people);

4th upper suite: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony and bathroom (2 people);

*In the case of reservations for more than 8 people, we offer an extra single mattress to accommodate the guest in the room of their choice, respecting the accommodation limit of up to 10 people;

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent cleaning ladies who prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as necessary if you need these extra services during your stay;

1 - Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

3 - Our check-in time is until 10 PM. Between 9 PM and 11 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00. Check-ins after 11 PM are not allowed.

4 - Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you wish to have this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing them;

5 - We allow small pets, limited to 2, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. In the house, we ask that they do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. In the case of guests with pets, we generally do not charge extra, but if at check-out we find pet hair on the upholstered furniture or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;

5 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any item is found during the inspection, it may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship via mail or carriers.

6 - Locked closets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

7 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;

8 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

9 - Extra guests not informed are subject to an adjustment of R$180/day, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

10 - If you need to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and not exceeding the house's capacity of 10 people;

11 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water). There is no refund or cancellation of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

12 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in an appropriate place;

13 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

14 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15 - Reservations are expressly prohibited for minors without their legal guardians;

16 - Parties or events are prohibited in the accommodation. The property is intended exclusively for residential use, aiming for comfort, safety, and respect for the neighborhood.

17 - For instant reservations, in order to guarantee adequate cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after confirmation of the reservation for check-in to be authorized. Reservations confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
