1 - Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

2 - Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing them;

3 - Electricity consumption will be free up to 20 kWh/day and water consumption up to 1 m³. This is not a limit, but a minimum consumption amount already included in the stay for the house to function. Only the excess will be charged, based on the rates of the companies Eneel: R$ 1.33 per kWh/hr and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m³ (cubic meter). Photographs of the meter and water meter will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;

4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any items are found during the inspection, they may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship via mail or carriers.

4 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

5 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;

6 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

7 - Extra guests not informed are subject to an adjustment of R$180/day, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (condominium fees) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

8 - If it is necessary to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 14 people;

9 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There is no refund or cancellation of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

10 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate place;

11 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

12 - The use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass container is prohibited in the pool area;

13 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

14 - Reservations are expressly prohibited for minors without their legal guardians;

15 - The use of sound, regardless of the time, must be moderate, given that the location is a residential condominium. It can never exceed private use and must use common sense to avoid invading the privacy of neighbors and employees with local noise.

16 - We allow small pets, limited to 2, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate places. In the house, we ask that they do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. In the case of accommodation with animals, as a rule we do not charge extra, but if at check-out the presence of pet hair on the upholstery is verified, or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair of the damage will be charged to the guest.

17 - For instant reservations, in order to guarantee proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after reservation confirmation for check-in to be authorized. Reservations confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
