2nd upper suite: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony and bathroom (2 people);

3rd ground floor suite: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, study/home office desk and bathroom (2 people);

4th Ground Floor Suite: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and bathroom (2 people);

*In case of reservations for more than 8 people, we offer an extra single mattress to accommodate the guest in the room of their choice, respecting the limit of accommodation of up to 10 people;

*One small pet is allowed;

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay;

* Electricity consumption is not charged up to 80Kw/hr and water up to 3m³. Above these consumptions, the respective differences will be charged at the same rate as Eneel: R$ 1.33 per Kw/hr and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m3 (cubic meter). Photograph of the clock and water meter will be calibrated upon arrival and at check-out;

Access to the space is via keys that will be handed over upon identification of guests at the agreed check-in time;
