Bz35 House with swimming pool in Geribá - Near Chez Pitu

1 - Check-in at 3:00 PM - Check-out at 11:00 AM - Due to the need to block off nights, for special needs, please check availability and conditions;

2 - Our check-in time is until 10:00 PM. Between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, there is an additional fee of R$100.00 BRL. Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not permitted.

3 - We inform you that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee;

4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any item is found during the inspection, it may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship items via mail or courier services.

5 - Electricity consumption will be exempt from charge up to 80 kWh. This is not a limit, but rather an amount already included in the stay. If these amounts are exceeded, only the excess will be charged, based on Eneel's rate: R$1.33 per kW/hour. A photograph of the clock will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;

6 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

7 - After the reservation is confirmed, a photo of all guests' IDs must be sent, as well as the reservation holder's ID, and must be present at check-in;

8 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

9 - Additional guests not specified are subject to a R$180/day adjustment, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit will result in a R$2,500 fine (condominium fee) and immediate cancellation of the reservation.

10 - Guests must be notified and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 12 people.

11 - We are not responsible for damages caused by utilities (electricity, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There are no refunds or cancellations for reservations, as long as the use of the private property is not compromised;

12 - Upon check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of appropriately;

13 - Any incidents should be reported immediately during your stay; we will give top priority to requests;

14 - We allow a limit of two small pets, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. We ask that pets not sleep on the upholstery or beds. For guests staying with pets, we generally do not charge extra. However, if upon check-out, we discover hair on the upholstery or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, the guest will be charged for this extra cleaning or repair.

15 - Nighttime quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

16 - Reservations for minors without their legal guardians are strictly prohibited.

17. Condominium rules prohibit the use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass containers in the shared pool area.

18. Use of the condominium pool is permitted from 9:00 AM and ends at 7:00 PM due to its proximity to the houses.

19 - For instant bookings, in order to guarantee proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after booking confirmation before check-in is authorized. Bookings confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
