Our house is located facing the canal. Aretê is unlike anything you have ever seen in Búzios. It has a private gatehouse and 24-hour security.
For sports enthusiasts, there is a running track and a bike track. For children, there is a playground and children's toys, all thoughtfully planned and organized into specific areas.
The Aretê neighborhood is a bold development that brings together modernity and nature. It has an abundance of green spaces and navigable canals, making the place even more impressive and providing incredible experiences.
We recommend that you travel by car within the condominium, entering and exiting. The city is very well served by Uber and other ride-hailing apps that also offer pick-up and drop-off services at the residence, should the guest not have their own vehicle.

1 - Entrada a las 15:00 - Salida a las 11:00 - Debido a la necesidad de reservar noches, para necesidades especiales, consulte la disponibilidad y las condiciones.
2 - Tenga en cuenta que no cambiamos la ropa de cama ni las toallas durante su estancia. Si necesita este servicio, consulte por chat el costo adicional.
3 - El consumo de electricidad es gratuito hasta 80 kWh y el de agua hasta 3 m³. Este no es un límite, sino un consumo ya incluido en la estancia. Si se superan estos valores, solo se cobrará el excedente, según las tarifas de las compañías Eneel: R$ 1,33 por kWh y Prolagos: R$ 25,90 por m³. Se tomarán fotografías del contador de electricidad y agua a la llegada y a la salida.
4 - No nos hacemos responsables de los objetos olvidados en el alojamiento. Si se encuentra algún objeto durante la inspección, este podrá conservarse hasta 14 días después de la salida, y solo podrá ser recogido por el huésped o la persona responsable. Por motivos logísticos, no realizamos envíos por correo ni mensajería.
5 - Los armarios, puertas o habitaciones cerradas con llave no estarán disponibles.
6 - Tras la confirmación de la reserva, se deberá enviar una foto del documento de identidad de todos los huéspedes, así como del titular de la reserva, quien deberá estar presente al momento del registro de entrada.
7 - Está prohibido fumar dentro de la casa y el consumo de sustancias ilícitas en cualquier parte de la propiedad.
8 - Los huéspedes adicionales no notificados estarán sujetos a un cargo extra de R$180 por día, siempre que no superen la capacidad de la casa. Exceder la capacidad o infringir el límite permitido conllevará una multa de R$2.500 (cuota de condominio) y la cancelación inmediata de la reserva.
9 - Si es necesario recibir visitas, estas deberán ser informadas y autorizadas con antelación, sujetas a disponibilidad y sin exceder la capacidad máxima de la vivienda (13 personas).
10 - No nos hacemos responsables de los daños causados por los servicios públicos (electricidad, internet, agua) ni de los cierres en las zonas comunes del condominio, ya sean programados o urgentes. No se admiten reembolsos ni cancelaciones de la reserva, siempre que no se vea afectado el uso de la propiedad privada.
11 - Al realizar el check-out, los platos deberán estar lavados y la basura recogida y depositada en el lugar correspondiente.
12 - Cualquier incidente durante la estancia deberá ser comunicado inmediatamente; daremos máxima prioridad a las solicitudes.
13 - El horario de silencio nocturno es de 22:00 a 8:00.
14 - Las reservas para menores sin tutela legal están estrictamente prohibidas.
15 - El uso de botellas, vasos o cualquier otro recipiente de vidrio está prohibido en la zona de la piscina.
16. Se debe respetar la ocupación máxima de la casa indicada en el anuncio. El incumplimiento de esta limitación (entrada de más personas de las permitidas, visitas no autorizadas o uso que exceda la capacidad contratada) puede conllevar una multa adicional.
17. Para reservas inmediatas, con el fin de garantizar la limpieza y organización adecuadas del alojamiento, solicitamos un plazo de 2 a 3 horas tras la confirmación de la reserva para autorizar el check-in. Las reservas confirmadas después de las 19:00 se recibirán al día siguiente. En estos casos, el check-in podrá autorizarse a partir de las 9:00, siempre que el alojamiento esté debidamente preparado.
