An excellent house, with private pool and 5 suites in the heart of GERIBÁ! Our accommodation greatly values ​​the use of spaces. There are 5 suites with air conditioning, large living rooms and an excellent gourmet balcony with barbecue, private pool and 4 parking spaces.

Our property is fully equipped and well located. We are in a private condominium 450 meters from Geribá beach.

For your convenience, we offer bed and bath linens, a hairdryer and an iron.


Our house is complete for those who want privacy and comfort, just a few meters from GERIBÁ BEACH, the highlight of Buziano tourism.

Our Unit has privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue and swimming pool are private. The leisure option in the comfort of the property is a big difference and the outdoor area has: Charcoal barbecue, oven, stove, adult pool with shallow side for children.


Parking space for up to 3 cars (check availability according to size);


Complete kitchen, with utensils and appliances, stove, oven, cutlery, crockery and utensils and water purifier to provide functionality;


Integrated living/dining room, has dining table, sofa and Smart TV;

There are 5 air-conditioned suites that accommodate up to 15 people as per the configuration below:

1st suite - Double bed and air conditioning (2 people);


2nd floor:

1st Suite - Queen bed + 1 single bunk bed and air conditioning (4 people);

2nd Suite - Double bed and air conditioning + 1 extra single mattress (3 people);


3rd floor:

1st Suite - Queen bed, air conditioning and desk for home office; (2 people);

2nd Suite - Double bed, 1 twin bed and air conditioning (4 people);

There are 5 bathrooms in the suites + 1 guest toilet.

1- Check in as 16h - Check out as 12h - Devido a necessidade de bloqueio de noites, para necessidades especiais consulte disponibilidade e condições.

2- Armários trancadas, portas ou cômodos fechados, não estarão disponíveis para uso.

3 . Para fins de autorização de portaria, é necessário que o hóspede apresente pelo menos 24 horas antes do seu check in: Lista de nomes e foto de documento de todos os membros da reserva, modelo e placa de todos os carros que ficarão na unidade.

4- Regra de silêncio noturno do condomínio 22:00 as 8:00;

6- Não é permitido fumar no interior da casa.

5- Efetuando a reserva, o hóspede declara que leu todo anúncio, leu todas as regras e está de acordo, caso tenha alguma dúvida, favor nos consultar para maiores esclarecimentos.

7- A quantidade de pessoas sempre precisa ser informado no contrato da Reserva e não somente no texto do chat, a capacidade da casa e a quantidade de pessoa contratada são questões distintas. Por este motivo, precisam estar listados no contrato para apuração do valor final.

8- Hospedes extras não informados estão sujeitos ao reajuste de R$100 ao dia, por hóspede excedente (desde que esteja dentro da capacidade da casa); Caso ultrapasse a capacidade da casa, ou infrinja uma norma do condomínio da quantidade de pessoas, a reserva ficará sujeita ao cancelamento imediato.

9- Em caso de necessidade de receber visitas, as mesmas precisam ser informadas e autorizadas com antecedência, sujeitas a disponibilidade não podendo ultrapassar a capacidade da casa de 15 pessoas;

10. Não podemos nos responsabilizar pela interrupção quando se tratar de má qualidade de serviços das empresas de serviços públicos como de, energia, internet e água.

11. No ato do check out, a louça deve ser deixada lavada e o lixo recolhido e descartado em local apropriado.

12- Qualquer intercorrência deverá ser reportada de imediato durante a hospedagem, daremos máxima prioridade nas demandas.

13 - O hóspede deverá informar qualquer dano ocorrido ao inventário antes do check out.

14. O hóspede tem ciência que está alugando uma casa, apartamento ou imóvel de temporada, não estão inclusos na relação contratual serviço de limpeza diária, café da manhã e que também não temos estrutura de meios de hospedagem como hotelaria ou pousadas.

15. Após a confirmação da reserva, deverá ser informado nome completo de todos os hóspedes, bem como o TITULAR da reserva, e DEVERÁ ESTAR PRESENTE NO MOMENTO DO CHECK IN.

16. Por norma de segurança, é proibido o uso de garrafas, copos, ou qualquer outro recipiente de vidro na área da piscina;

17. A reserva sempre contará com o serviço de limpeza básica (arrumação) em dias combinados com o hospede, podendo ser dias alternados e com possibilidade de contratação à parte de dias extras ou serviços extras.
