Our house is located in a 100% residential area, on a safe street. The infrastructure is fully equipped for guests who seek privacy, comfort, and convenience, less than 5 minutes from some of the main beaches that are highlights of Búzios tourism.

Our property offers full privacy, a walled house, a beautiful grassy outdoor area, and our sea view is breathtaking. All the gourmet areas shown in the photos, including the barbecue and pool, are for private use.

The house features 4 air-conditioned suites plus a guest restroom, spacious living rooms, large outdoor areas with a swimming pool, sun area, barbecue, and a fully equipped kitchen (with kitchenware, dinnerware, and appliances).

Alto de Búzios is an upscale area of the city, as most of its mansions offer a privileged view of the city and the beaches. The neighborhood is primarily residential, but it is served by delivery from all kinds of services. Since we are surrounded by beaches, access to most of them is easy and quick. Some of the closest beaches include Ferradura, Ferradurinha, Geribá, and Praia dos Amores.

Located at the top of Búzios, the ideal transportation is by private car or using a ride-sharing app.
