The penthouse has 2 floors and is located in a residential condominium in the Braga neighborhood, just 200 meters from the seaside avenue.

The street and building are quiet and easily accessible, and the property offers excellent infrastructure to provide comfort, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Guests who make a reservation will have access to the entire space, with the only exception being cabinets that are locked;

Keys will be provided on-site by the administration and handed to the guest, who will have access to the entire space as well as the common areas of the condominium according to the conditions stated in this listing.
