Casa Del Mare is located in the Via Del Mare condominium in Búzios. Recently renovated, the property was designed to welcome our guests with comfort and security in a well-equipped and cozy environment.

The condominium not only has beach access, but also features a 24-hour security guard, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a central barbecue area. Our house overlooks the pool (of the condominium) and has a private gourmet area with a barbecue grill and shower.

The house is perfect for those seeking privacy, comfort, and convenience just steps from the beach. The location is exceptional, as it is close to essential businesses such as a fruit and vegetable market, McDonald's, a gas station, a coffee shop, a market, and a butcher shop—all within 800 meters of our address.

Our space offers privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue area, and shower are private. In addition to the amenities offered by the condominium, we also offer the option of private leisure activities in the comfort of the property.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one of which is a suite, both with air conditioning, a shared bathroom, a spacious living room, an outdoor area with a sunbathing area, a barbecue area, a shower, and a full kitchen (equipped with crockery, cutlery, and appliances, an electric oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker).

The house is very comfortable and fully ventilated with excellent natural light. We have a front balcony with a view of the pool (condominium), living room with 60" Smart TV; integrated dining room. We offer bed linen and towels, iron, hairdryer and Wi-Fi.

Sleeps up to 6 people in beds, as configured below:

1st Suite - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed;

2nd Triple Room - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed;

There are 2 bathrooms in total, one in the suite and one in the guest bathroom, plus a cold shower in the gourmet area;

Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, stove, oven, cutlery, crockery, and utensils for convenience.

The integrated living/dining room features a dining table and a 60-inch Smart TV. Sofas and armchairs are available for relaxing.

Parking/Garage:

One car is allowed inside the condominium, and other cars must be parked at the entrance (the street is quiet and the condominium has a 24-hour security guard).

Pet Behavior:

We accept one small pet. It is very important to note that the condominium has internal rules stating that neither residents nor guests are allowed to walk pets within the condominium. They may be leashed, but only on the beach or in the street.

Access is through identification, with an employee responsible for receiving our guests and handing over keys.

Casa Del Mare is managed by Búzios Hosting, a vacation rental management company in Buzios, and all requests can be directed to our support team. We are communicative and quick to respond. We will always stay in touch with guests to ensure check-in has gone as planned and throughout their stay to provide support when needed.
