When you arrive at the condominium, if you wish, you can schedule a 30-minute/day cleaning service, depending on the team's schedule. This service is provided directly by the condominium's caretaker and we have no interference in it;

1. Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

2. Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing them;

3. Electricity consumption will be free of charge up to 80 kWh. This is not a limit, but rather an amount of consumption already included in the stay. If these values are exceeded, only the excess will be charged, based on the Eneel company's rate: R$ 1.33 per kWh. A photograph of the meter will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;

4. Locked lockers, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

5. We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any items are found during the inspection, they may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship via mail or carriers.

5 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;

6 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

7 - Extra guests not informed are subject to an additional charge of R$180/day, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (condominium fees) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

8 - If it is necessary to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 8 people;

9 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There is no refund or cancellation of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

10 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate place;

11 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

12 - By condominium rule, the use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass container is prohibited in the pool area;

13 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

14 - We allow one small pet, provided that it relieves itself in appropriate places. In the house, we ask that guests do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. In the case of guests with pets, we generally do not charge extra, but if, at check-out, pet hair is found on the upholstered furniture or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;

15- The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, due to its proximity to the houses;

16- The sauna is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM upon request;

17- Reservations are strictly prohibited for minors without their legal guardians;

18- For instant reservations, in order to guarantee adequate cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after confirmation of the reservation before check-in is allowed. Reservations confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
