1 - Check-in at 3:00 PM - Check-out at 11:00 AM. Please inquire about availability and conditions for special requests, as these may require blocking off additional nights;

2 - Please note that we do not change bed linen or towels during your stay. If you wish to have this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee;

3 - Electricity consumption up to 80 kWh is included in the rate. This is not a hard limit, but rather an amount of consumption already covered by your stay. If usage exceeds this amount, only the excess will be charged based on the Enel utility company rate: R$ 1.33 per kWh. Meter readings will be taken at both check-in and check-out;

4 - Locked cabinets, doors, or rooms will not be available for use;

5 - We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers;

6 - After the reservation is confirmed, a photo of the ID document for every guest—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the primary holder must be present at check-in;

7 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

8 - Unreported extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$ 180/day, provided the total number remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the allowed limit will result in a fine of R$ 2,500 (charged by the gated community) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

9 - If you need to receive visitors, they must be reported and authorized in advance. Visits are subject to availability and the total number of people on the property cannot exceed the house's capacity of 8 guests; 10 - We are not liable for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of the condominium's common areas, whether scheduled or urgent. No refunds or cancellations will be issued provided the use of the private property itself remains unaffected;

11 - Upon check-out, dishes must be washed, and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate location;

12 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will prioritize addressing such requests;

13 - Condominium rules prohibit the use of glass bottles, cups, or any other glass containers in the pool area;

14 - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15 - Guests may bring up to one (1) small pet; an additional fee may apply. We recommend that the pet not be left alone during the stay. In common areas—especially around the pool—pets must always be kept on a leash and are not permitted to roam freely;

16 - Pool usage is permitted from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, due to the pool's proximity to the houses;

17 - Sauna hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, upon request by a resident;

18 - Reservations for minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

19 - For instant bookings, to ensure the property is properly cleaned and organized, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized from 9:00 AM, provided the property has been fully prepared.
