*For reservations of more than 8 people, we offer an extra single mattress to accommodate the guest in the room of their choice, respecting the accommodation limit of up to 12 people;

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed should you require these additional services during your stay;

1 - Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

2 - Our check-in time is until 10 PM. Between 9 PM and 11 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00. Check-ins after 11 PM are not allowed.

3 - Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing them;

4 - We allow small pets, limited to 2, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. In the house, we ask that pets do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. As a rule, we do not charge extra for pets, but if at check-out we find pet hair on the upholstered furniture or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;

5 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any item is found during the inspection, it may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship via mail or carriers.

5 - Locked closets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

6 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;

7 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

8 - Extra guests not informed are subject to an adjustment of R$180/day, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

9 - If you need to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 12 people;

10 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water). There is no refund or cancellation of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

11 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in an appropriate place;

12 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

13 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

14 - Reservations are expressly prohibited for minors without their legal guardians;

15 - Parties or events are prohibited in the accommodation. The property is intended exclusively for residential use, aiming for comfort, safety, and respect for the neighborhood.

16 - For instant bookings, in order to guarantee proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after booking confirmation before check-in is authorized. Bookings confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
