Our house is located in a well-equipped condominium, offering swimming pools for adults and children, a restaurant, and a large leisure area. The house is fully designed to provide comfort and security, and is located just a few steps from the sea!

The condominium is located in front of the entrance to Manguinhos beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The beach is calm, without many waves and with warmer waters than the others in Búzios.

The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It accommodates up to 8 people according to the details below:

1 Suite on the upper floor with a double bed, bathroom with heated shower, structure for home office and online classes;

1 Bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed;

1 Bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds;

1 Mezzanine with a double sofa bed and fan;

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay.

In front of the condominium there is a bus stop, where the buses also stop. The condominium is in front of the city's entrance gate, very well located.

Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all necessary information.
