Bz11 Geribá House with Pool and Sauna 6 bedrooms

1. Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

2. Our check-in time is until 10 PM. Between 9 PM and 11 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00. Check-ins after 11 PM are not permitted.

3. Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing linens;

4. We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any item is found during the inspection, it may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship items via mail or carriers.

5. Parties, events, and guests are not allowed in the house;

6. Sound use must be exclusively domestic and not disturb neighbors. Loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

7 - Electricity consumption will be charged by the Eneel company: R$ 1.33 per Kw/hr. A photograph of the meter will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;

8 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

9 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at check-in;

10 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

11 - Extra guests not informed are subject to an additional charge of R$180/day, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit will result in a fine of R$2,500.00 and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

12 - Visitors are not allowed;

13 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water). There are no refunds or cancellations of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

14 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in an appropriate place;

15 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

16 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

17 - We allow small pets, limited to 2, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. In the house, we ask that pets do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. In the case of guests with pets, we generally do not charge extra, but if at check-out pet hair is found on the upholstered furniture, or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;

18 - Local power (from the company Enel) is unreliable, and to avoid overloading, it is recommended to use a maximum of 2 showers at a time to prevent power outages;

19 - Parking spaces accommodate one car behind the other. Parking vehicles on the property's lawn (garden) is prohibited and subject to a penalty of R$ 200.00 to cover garden repair costs;

20 - Reservations are strictly prohibited for minors unless accompanied by their legal guardians;

21 - For instant reservations, in order to ensure proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after reservation confirmation for check-in to be authorized. Reservations confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
