1 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that specific booking blocks may be required; for special requests, please inquire about availability and conditions.

2 - Please be advised that we do not change bed linens or towels during your stay. If you would like this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee.

3 - Electricity consumption is included up to 30 kWh/day, and water consumption up to 1 m³/day. This is not a hard limit, but rather an allowance included in the stay. If these amounts are exceeded, only the excess will be charged based on utility company rates: Enel (R$ 1.33/kWh) and Prolagos (R$ 25.90/m³). Meter readings (electricity and water) will be recorded at both check-in and check-out.

4 - We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it can be held for up to 14 days after check-out for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers.

5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or rooms will not be available for guest use.

6 - After booking confirmation, a photo of the ID document for every guest—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the original documents must be presented at check-in.

7 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

8 - Unreported extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$ 180/day, provided the total number of guests remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$ 2,500 (charged by the condominium) and immediate cancellation of the reservation.

9 - If you need to receive visitors, they must be reported and authorized in advance, subject to availability; the total number of people (including guests) cannot exceed the house's capacity of 12.

10 - We are not responsible for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of common areas within the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. No refunds or cancellations will be issued provided that the use of the private property itself is not compromised.

11 - Upon check-out, dishes must be washed, and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate location.

12 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will prioritize resolving them.

13 - Pets are not allowed.

14 - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

15 - Reservations by minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited.

16 - Condominium rules prohibit the use of glass bottles, glasses, or any other glass containers in the pool area.

17 - Pool use is permitted from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM due to the proximity to residences. The sauna operates exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

18 - For instant bookings, to ensure proper cleaning and preparation of the property, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after confirmation before check-in is available. Reservations confirmed after 7:00 PM will be processed for the following day; in such cases, check-in may be authorized from 9:00 AM, provided the property is fully prepared.
