1 - Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

2 - Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing them;

3 - We allow up to 1 small pet per reservation, provided that it relieves itself in appropriate areas. In the condominium, the use of a leash is mandatory, and in the house, we ask that pets sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. As a rule, we do not charge extra for pet accommodation, but if at check-out we find pet hair on the upholstery or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;

4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any items are found during the inspection, they may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship via mail or carriers.

5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

6 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;

7 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

8 - Extra guests not informed are subject to an adjustment of R$180/day, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$1,300 (condominium fees) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

9 - If it is necessary to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 12 people;

10 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There is no refund or cancellation of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

11 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate place;

12 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

13 - It is forbidden to exceed 20 km/h within the condominium;

14 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15. By condominium rule, the use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass container is prohibited in the pool area;

16. Pool use is permitted from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM due to its proximity to the houses;

16 - For instant bookings, in order to guarantee proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after booking confirmation before check-in is authorized. Bookings confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
