It's a delightful, beautiful, and super welcoming house! It offers great comfort, with spacious, airy rooms and a sophisticated rustic touch – wood, glass, and masonry harmonize in the architecture.

There are 5 air-conditioned suites, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the highlight is the relaxing jacuzzi, in addition to the private barbecue, shower, and grassy area perfect for sunbathing.

All this less than 150 meters from the beach, in a private condominium that guarantees tranquility and security.

The house is truly cozy and very special with an elegant rustic architecture, highlighting fine wood, spacious areas and excellent natural lighting.

There are 5 air-conditioned suites, comfortably accommodating up to 16 people, including children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, utensils, dishes and cutlery.

For your comfort, we provide bed linens and towels, a hairdryer and an iron.

Private entrance with 1 pedestrian gate and 1 garage gate inside the condominium;

Bedrooms:

2 air-conditioned ground floor suites, each with 2 bunk beds and wardrobes (sleeps 8);

1 air-conditioned suite on the upper level with 1 double bed and wardrobes (sleeps 2);

2 air-conditioned ground floor suites in the outbuilding, one with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other with a double bed (sleeps 2);

Note 1: The house's jacuzzi is available for use throughout the day as a regular swimming pool, without heating or hydromassage. However, for the extra functions such as hydromassage and heating to work, activation by a staff member is required. This service is available daily between 3 PM and 9:30 PM, during which time the staff member will turn the jacuzzi on and, at the end, turn it off safely. Outside of these hours, use is still permitted, but without the special functionalities.

Note 2: For electricity and water, we have a quota included in the reservation and payment for any excess amount is separate, according to meters read upon arrival and departure from the accommodation.

Check-in takes place at scheduled times, keys will be handed over in person with a check-in deadline of 22:00;

We are agile in communication and in addition to the platform chat, we always provide our contacts to monitor the progress of the reservation and provide any support that may be necessary;

Manguinhos is an extremely delightful neighborhood. The local commerce is extremely varied and complete, and it is self-sufficient in relation to the city center, with: pharmacies, bakeries, markets, fish market, great restaurants, home decor stores, convenience stores, gas stations, laundromats and much more!

The long beach with calm, warm waters is ideal for walking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants with various specialties. Just visit and fall in love!

For tourists who do not have their own car during their trip, the city is very well supplied with drivers using Uber and 99 taxi apps.

1 - Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

*NOTE: Reception for check-in until 10 PM (Check-in deadline)

Between 9 PM and 10 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00.

2 - We inform you that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you wish to have this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing linens;

3 - Electricity consumption is not charged up to 80Kw/hr and water up to 3m³. Above these consumptions, the respective differences will be charged at the same rate as the companies Eneel: R$ 1.33 per Kw/hr and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m³ (cubic meter). Photographs of the meter and water meter will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;

4 - Locked closets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

5 - After reservation confirmation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at check-in;

6 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

7 - Uninformed extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$180/day, provided it is within the house's capacity. Exceeding capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (condominium fees) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

8 - If it is necessary to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 16 people;

9 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There is no refund or cancellation of the reservation, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised; 10 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate place;

11 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

12 - We allow small pets, limited to 2, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. In the house, we ask that pets do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. As a rule, we do not charge extra for pets staying with guests, but if at check-out we find pet hair on the upholstered furniture or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;

13 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

14 - Reservations are strictly prohibited for minors without their legal guardians;

15 - Exceeding the speed limit of 20 km/h is prohibited within the condominium;

16 - The use of horns, motors, and other devices capable of disturbing the peace is prohibited;

17 - The house's jacuzzi is available for use throughout the day like a regular swimming pool, without heating or hydromassage. However, for the operation of extra functions such as hydromassage and heating, activation by a staff member is required. This service is available daily between 3 PM and 9:30 PM, during which time the responsible person will turn the jacuzzi on and, at the end, turn it off safely. Outside of these hours, use remains permitted, but without the special functionalities.
