This is a delightful, beautiful, and very welcoming house! It offers great comfort with spacious, airy rooms and a sophisticated rustic touch—wood, glass, and masonry blend perfectly in the architecture.

There are 5 air-conditioned suites, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the highlight is the relaxing jacuzzi, plus a private barbecue, shower, and a grassy area perfect for sunbathing.

All this less than 150 meters from the beach, in a private condominium that guarantees tranquility and security.

The house is truly cozy and very special with an elegant rustic architecture, highlighting fine wood, spacious areas and excellent natural lighting.

There are 5 air-conditioned suites, comfortably accommodating up to 16 people, including children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, utensils, dishes and cutlery.

For your comfort, we provide bed linens and towels, a hairdryer and an iron.

Bedrooms:

2 air-conditioned ground floor suites, each with 2 bunk beds and wardrobes (sleeps 8);

1 air-conditioned suite on the upper level with 1 double bed and wardrobes (sleeps 2);

2 air-conditioned ground floor suites in the outbuilding, one with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other with a double bed (sleeps 2);

Note 1: The house's jacuzzi is available for use throughout the day as a regular swimming pool, without heating or hydromassage. However, for the extra functions such as hydromassage and heating to work, activation by a staff member is required. This service is available daily between 3 PM and 9:30 PM, during which time the staff member will turn the jacuzzi on and, at the end, turn it off safely. Outside of these hours, use is still permitted, but without the special functionalities.

Note 2: For electricity and water, we have a quota included in the reservation and payment for any excess amount is separate, according to meters read upon arrival and departure from the accommodation.

Check-in takes place at scheduled times, keys will be handed over in person with a check-in deadline of 22:00;

The long beach with calm, warm waters is ideal for walking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants with various specialties. Just visit and fall in love!

1 - Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

*NOTE: Check-in deadline is 9 PM

Between 9 PM and 10 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00.

2 - We inform you that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you wish to have this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing linens;

3 - Electricity consumption is not charged up to 80 kWh/hr and water up to 3 m³. Above these consumptions, the respective differences will be charged at the same rate as the companies Eneel: R$ 1.33 per kWh/hr and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m³ (cubic meter). Photographs of the meter and water meter will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;

4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any items are found during the inspection, they may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship via mail or carriers.

5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

6 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;

7 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

8 - Extra guests not informed are subject to an adjustment of R$180/day, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (condominium fees) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

9 - If it is necessary to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 16 people;

10 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There is no refund or cancellation of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

11 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in an appropriate place;

12 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

13 - We allow small pets, limited to 2, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate places. In the house, we ask that they do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. In the case of guests staying with pets, we generally do not charge extra, but if at check-out pet hair is found on the upholstery, or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;

14 - Nighttime quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM;

15 - Parties and events are prohibited;

16 - Reservations for minors without legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

17 - Exceeding the speed limit of 20 km/h within the condominium is prohibited;

18 - Experimenting with horns, motors, and other devices capable of disturbing the peace is prohibited;

20 - For instant bookings, in order to guarantee proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after booking confirmation before check-in is authorized. Bookings confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
