1 - Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;

Between 9 PM and 10 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00.

2 - We inform you that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you wish to have this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing linens;

3 - Electricity consumption will be free up to 80 kWh, and water consumption up to 3 m³. This is not a limit, but rather a consumption amount already included in the stay. If these values ​​are exceeded, only the excess will be charged, based on the rates of the companies Eneel: R$ 1.33 per kWh and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m³ (cubic meter). Photographs of the water meter and clock will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;

4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any item is found during the inspection, it may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship items via mail or courier services.

5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

6 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at check-in;

7 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

8 - Uninformed extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$180/day, provided it is within the house's capacity. Exceeding capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (condominium fees) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

9 - If it is necessary to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 10 people;

10 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There is no refund or cancellation of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;

11 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in an appropriate place;

12 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;

13 - We allow small pets, limited to 2, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate places. In the house, we ask that they do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. In the case of guests staying with pets, we generally do not charge extra, but if at check-out we find pet hair on the upholstery or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;

14 - Nighttime quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15 - Reservations for minors without legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

16 - Exceeding the speed limit of 20 km/h within the condominium is prohibited;

17 - Experimenting with horns, motors, and other devices capable of disturbing the peace is prohibited;

18 - For instant bookings, in order to guarantee proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after booking confirmation before check-in is authorized. Bookings confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
