1 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that specific scheduling requirements may apply; for special requests, please check availability and conditions;

2 - Please be advised that we do not change bed linens or towels during your stay. If you wish to have this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee;

3 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via mail or courier services;

4 - Locked cabinets, doors, or rooms are not available for guest use;

5 - After reservation confirmation, you must submit photos of the identification documents for all guests (including the primary reservation holder); the primary holder must be present at check-in;

6 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

7 - Unreported extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$180/day, provided the total number remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding capacity or violating the allowed limit will result in a R$2,500 fine (imposed by the gated community) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

8 - If you need to receive visitors, they must be reported and authorized in advance. Approval is subject to availability, and the total number of people (including guests and visitors) cannot exceed the house's capacity of 12;

9 - We are not responsible for disruptions caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of common areas within the gated community, whether scheduled or urgent. No refunds or cancellations will be issued provided the use of the private property itself remains unaffected;

10 - Upon check-out, all dishes must be washed, and trash must be collected and disposed of in the appropriate location;

11 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will prioritize resolving such matters;

12 - Pets are not allowed; 13 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

14 - Reservations by minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

15 - Condominium rules prohibit the use of glass bottles, cups, or any other glass containers in the pool area;

16 - Use of the sauna, game room, pool, and gym must comply with the schedules, regulations, and other rules established by the condominium;

17 - For instant bookings, to ensure the property is properly cleaned and organized, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day; in such cases, check-in may be authorized from 9:00 AM onwards, provided the property is fully prepared.
