The house offers a complete setup to enjoy Búzios with comfort and convenience. All leisure areas, including the pool and gourmet space, are for the exclusive use of guests.

Located in downtown Búzios, approximately 600 meters from Rua das Pedras, it provides easy access to restaurants, shops, beaches, and the main attractions in the area.

We are pet friendly, so your pet can also be part of the trip.

There are 5 suites that accommodate up to 13 guests as follows:

1st Suite – 1 double bed + 1 single bed + air conditioning and bathroom (3 people);

2nd Suite – 1 double bed + 1 single mattress + air conditioning and bathroom (3 people);

3rd Suite – 1 double bed + 1 single mattress + air conditioning and bathroom (3 people);

4th Suite – 1 double bed + 1 single bed + air conditioning and bathroom (3 people);

5th Suite – 1 single bed (individual suite, 1 person)

There is also a porch with comfortable spaces for relaxation, including armchairs and chairs, as well as a pool area with loungers, an outdoor shower, and a table with chairs;

Note: The gardener and pool maintenance staff usually come in the morning for upkeep and cleaning. Everything is arranged for your comfort.

Access to the space is provided through keys that will be handed over upon guest identification at the scheduled check-in time.

You can walk to Rua das Pedras, but to visit the beaches, we recommend using a car or a ride-hailing service. The city has a high number of app-based drivers.

1 - Check-in at 3:00 PM - Check-out at 11:00 AM. Please inquire about availability and conditions regarding special requirements, as these may necessitate blocking off additional nights;

2 - Please note that we do not change bed linen or towels during your stay. If you wish to request this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee;

3 - Electricity consumption up to 80 kWh and water consumption up to 3 m³ are included in the rate. This is not a hard limit, but rather an allowance included in your stay. If these amounts are exceeded, only the excess will be charged based on utility company rates: Enel (R$ 1.33 per kWh) and Prolagos (R$ 25.90 per m³). Meter readings (electricity and water) will be recorded at check-in and check-out;

4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers;

5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or rooms are not available for guest use;

6 - After booking confirmation, photos of the identification documents for all guests (including the primary guest) must be submitted; the original documents must be presented at check-in;

7 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

8 - Unannounced extra guests are subject to a surcharge of R$ 180/day, provided the total number remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the occupancy limit will result in a fine of R$ 2,500 (charged by the gated community) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

9 - If you need to receive visitors, they must be declared and authorized in advance. Visits are subject to availability and the total number of people on the property cannot exceed the house's capacity of 13; 10 - We are not liable for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of the condominium's common areas, whether scheduled or due to emergencies. No refunds or cancellations will be issued provided that the use of the private property itself remains unaffected;

11 - Upon check-out, all dishes must be washed, and trash must be collected and disposed of in the appropriate location;

12 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will prioritize addressing such requests;

13 - We allow up to two small pets, provided they relieve themselves in designated areas. Inside the house, pets are not permitted to sleep on upholstered furniture or beds. While we generally do not charge an extra fee for pets, if pet hair is found on the upholstery or if the pet causes damage to the furniture upon check-out, the guest will be charged for the cost of extra cleaning or repairs;

14 - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15 - Reservations by minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

16 - The use of glass bottles, glasses, or any other glass containers in the pool area is prohibited;

17 - For instant bookings, to ensure the property is properly cleaned and organized, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after booking confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized starting at 9:00 AM, provided the property is fully prepared.
