Features 1 suite and 2 bedrooms, all air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is comfortable.

The house is very special. In the outdoor area, we offer a private barbecue grill, pool, and sauna, as well as a sunbathing area.

There is a suitable space for using a laptop or working from home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need, including pots, containers, accessories, dinnerware, and cutlery.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning and double beds, and two of them also have additional single beds. We can accommodate up to 11 people.

Check-in takes place at scheduled times, and key delivery will be carried out in person until 9:00 PM;

Manguinhos is an incredibly charming neighborhood. The local commerce is extremely diverse and complete, offering self-sufficiency in relation to the city center with: pharmacies, bakeries, markets, a fish market, excellent restaurants, home decor stores, convenience stores, gas stations, laundromats, and much more!

The long beach has calm, warmer waters, ideal for walks and features a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a major tourist attraction, renowned for its variety of restaurants serving different specialties. It's a place to discover and fall in love with!

For tourists who do not have their own car during the trip, the city is very well served by app-based drivers from Uber and 99 taxi.

1 - Check-in at 3:00 PM - Check-out at 11:00 AM. Please inquire about availability and conditions regarding special requirements, as specific nights may need to be blocked off;

*Note: Latest check-in time is 9:00 PM.

An extra fee of R$100.00 applies for check-ins between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

2 - Please note that we do not change bed linen or towels during your stay. If you wish to use this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee;

3 - Testing horns, engines, or other devices capable of disturbing the peace in the local area is prohibited;

4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out, solely for pickup by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers.

5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;

6 - After reservation confirmation, a photo of the ID document for every guest—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the primary holder must be present at check-in;

7 - Smoking inside the house is prohibited;

8 - Unreported extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$180/day, provided the total number remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (charged by the gated community) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

9 - If you need to receive visitors, they must be reported and authorized in advance; this is subject to availability, and the total number of people (including guests and visitors) cannot exceed the house's capacity of 11;

10 - We are not responsible for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of common areas within the gated community, whether scheduled or due to emergencies. No refunds or reservation cancellations will be issued provided the use of the private property itself remains unaffected; 11 - Upon check-out, dishes must be left washed, and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate area;

12 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give top priority to addressing such requests;

13 - We allow one small pet, provided that they relieve themselves in designated areas. Inside the house, pets are not permitted to sleep on upholstered furniture or beds. While we generally do not charge an extra fee for pets, if pet hair is found on the upholstery or if the pet causes damage to the furniture upon check-out, the guest will be charged for the extra cleaning or repair costs;

14 - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15 - Reservations for minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

16 - Exceeding the speed limit of 20 km/h within the gated community is prohibited;

17 - For instant bookings, we require a 2- to 3-hour window after confirmation to ensure the property is properly cleaned and organized before check-in. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized from 9:00 AM onwards, provided the property is fully prepared.
