1 - Check-in at 3:00 PM - Check-out at 11:00 AM. Please inquire about availability and conditions for special requests, as these may require blocking off additional nights;

2 - Please note that we do not change bed linen or towels during your stay. If you wish to request this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee;

3 - Electricity consumption up to 80 kWh is included in the rate. This is not a hard limit, but rather an allowance included in your stay. If consumption exceeds this amount, only the excess will be charged based on Enel's rates (R$ 1.33 per kWh). Meter readings will be taken at both check-in and check-out;

4 - We are not responsible for personal items left on the property. If an item is found during the post-stay inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out for collection by the guest or the person responsible for the booking. For logistical reasons, we do not ship items via mail or courier services;

5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms are not available for guest use;

6 - Following reservation confirmation, a photo of the ID document for every guest—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the primary holder must be present at check-in;

7 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

8 - Unreported extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$ 180 per day, provided the total number remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the occupancy limit will result in a fine of R$ 2,500 (imposed by the gated community) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

9 - Any visitors must be reported and authorized in advance; visits are subject to availability and the total number of people (guests plus visitors) cannot exceed the house's capacity of 8 people;

10 - We are not liable for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of common areas within the gated community, whether scheduled or due to urgent maintenance. No refunds or reservation cancellations are permitted, provided the use of the private property is not compromised;

11 - Upon check-out, dishes must be left washed, and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate location;

12 - Any issues must be reported immediately during the stay; we will give top priority to such requests;

13 - Condominium rules prohibit the use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass containers in the pool area;

14 - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

15 - Accommodation for up to one (1) small pet is permitted; an additional fee may apply. We recommend that the pet not be left alone during the stay. In common areas, especially around the pool, the pet must always be kept on a leash and cannot roam freely;

16 - Pool use is permitted from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, due to the pool's proximity to the houses;

17 - Sauna hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, upon request by a resident;

18 - Reservations for minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are expressly prohibited;

19 - For instant bookings, to ensure proper cleaning and organization of the property, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after booking confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized starting at 9:00 AM, provided the property has been properly prepared.
