1 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that specific scheduling requirements may apply; for special requests, please inquire about availability and conditions;

2 - Please be advised that we do not change bed linens or towels during your stay. If you wish to have this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee;

3 - We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days post-check-out for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers;

4 - Locked cabinets, doors, or rooms are not available for guest use;

5 - Following reservation confirmation, photos of the identification documents for all guests—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the primary holder must be present at check-in;

6 - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house;

7 - Unreported extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$180 per day, provided the total number remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the occupancy limit will result in a R$2,500 fine (imposed by the condominium association) and immediate cancellation of the reservation;

8 - Any visitors must be reported and authorized in advance; visits are subject to availability and the total number of people on the premises must not exceed the house's capacity of 10;

9 - We are not liable for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of condominium common areas, whether scheduled or emergency-related. No refunds or cancellations will be issued provided the use of the private property itself remains unaffected;

10 - Upon check-out, all dishes must be washed, and trash must be collected and disposed of in the designated area;

11 - Any issues or incidents must be reported immediately during your stay; we will prioritize addressing such matters. 12 - We allow one small pet, provided that they relieve themselves in designated areas and do not roam freely within the condominium grounds. Inside the house, pets are not permitted to sleep on upholstered furniture or beds. While we generally do not charge an extra fee for pets, if pet hair is found on the upholstery or if the pet causes damage to the furniture upon check-out, the guest will be charged for the additional cleaning or repair costs;

13 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

14 - Reservations for minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

15 - Condominium rules prohibit the use of glass bottles, cups, or any other glass containers in the pool area;

16 - Use of the pool, sauna, and barbecue area must comply with condominium regulations;

17 - For instant bookings, to ensure the property is properly cleaned and organized, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after booking confirmation before check-in is available. Reservations confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized from 9:00 AM, provided the property is fully prepared.
