It is a spacious house with a private pool in Geribá, just a few meters from the beach!

Our house is completely walled and on a corner lot. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, all with air conditioning.

The living room is spacious and integrated with the TV and dining room; we have a very complete kitchen, beer cooler, ice machine, private pool and barbecue.

This house provides comfort, well-being and memorable days for those who stay there. It offers everything we need to run a house and beyond. The location is in the center of Geribá beach, about 600 meters from Chez Pitu, as a reference. Very close to Ferradurinha and Ferradura beaches. Those who stay there have easy access to beautiful beaches that are coveted in Balneário.

The living room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve you and your group, including modern appliances, a gourmet area with a private barbecue, a private pool, a sunbathing area, a grassy area, fiber optic Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.

There are 2 suites + 2 triple rooms that share a bathroom and all have air conditioning.

We can accommodate up to 12 people in these 4 rooms, of which 2 are on the ground floor, 1 on the upper floor (sea view) and 1 with an entrance through the garden of the house on the ground floor of the pool area.

The distribution of beds is as detailed below:

Suite 1: Master with 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning and bathroom. (3 people)

Suite 2 (Garden View): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning and bathroom, plus a mini kitchen just for this room. (3 people)

Room 1: Triple with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning. (3 people)

Room 2: Triple with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning (3 people)

Note (Rooms 1 and 2 share 1 bathroom)

In the kitchen, we have:

Dishes, cutlery, pans, 5-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, baking tray, microwave oven and holder for a bottle of mineral water.

In the gourmet/private leisure area, we have:

Barbecue grill with accessories, countertop, beer cooler, outdoor wooden deck for sunbathing, private pool.

The house has 3 parking spaces.

Note: Gardener and pool attendant usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. All to better serve you.

ACCESS

The guest has access to the entire house, large house, outside condominium.
The entrance takes place through identification of the guests and delivery of keys through our employee;

GERIBÁ BEACH

Geribá is a destination sought after by tourists from all over the world. The beach is extensive, favorable for sports, the kiosks and restaurants are very diverse and it is possible to contemplate a fantastic sunset. The neighborhood also has plenty of commerce very close to the house such as bakery, pharmacy, market and numerous bars and restaurants.

Commuting to the beach can be on foot or by car. For tourists who will come without their own car, the city has drivers of apps like Uber and 99 taxi.
