Located just 700 meters from RUA DAS PEDRAS, our property is perfect for families. The condominium is very family-friendly, quiet and the house is comfortable, with a private gourmet area, adult pool with children's beach, 4 suites with air conditioning, and a large living room.

Our house is perfect for those who want privacy and comfort, just a few meters from RUA DAS PEDRAS and ORLA BARDOT, the highlight of Buzios tourism.

Our unit offers privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue area and pool are private. The option of leisure in the comfort of the property is a great advantage and the outdoor area has: gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue, oven, stove, sun lounger, adult pool with shallow end for children.

There are 4 suites with air conditioning, guest bathroom, large living room, large outdoor area with pool, sunbathing area, barbecue area and full kitchen (with crockery, dishes and appliances).

Sleeps up to 12 people according to the configuration below:

1st Suite Ground Floor - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 double bed and 1 single bed; (total 3 people)

2nd Suite on the ground floor - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 special Queen bed 1.76 (width) reversible (can separate and turn into 2 single beds of 0.88L each + 2 single beds (total 4 people)

3rd Suite on the upper floor - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 special Queen bed 1.76 (width) reversible (can separate and turn into 2 single beds of 0.88L each; Note: We have 1 extra single mattress. (Total 3 people)

4th Suite on the upper floor - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 King bed; (total 2 people)

There are 4 bathrooms in the suites + 2 social lavatories (1 internal and 1 external)

Fully equipped kitchen, with utensils and appliances, stove, oven, cutlery, crockery and utensils and water purifier to provide functionality.

Integrated living/dining room, has a dining table, sofa and TV Smart

Private leisure area: It has a TV, barbecue, additional refrigerator, private pool, sun loungers. Sofas and armchairs are available for you to relax;

Note: Gardener and pool attendant usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. All to better serve you.

Our check-ins and check-outs are easy, aiming to provide agility for our guests. Access is by identifying yourself to a member of staff responsible for receiving our guests and handing over keys.
