1 - Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;
2 - Our check-in time is until 10 PM. Between 9 PM and 11 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00. Check-ins after 11 PM are not permitted.
3 - Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing linens;
4 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any item is found during the inspection, it may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship items via mail or courier.
5 - Electricity consumption is free up to 80 kWh and water up to 3 m³. Above these consumption levels, the respective differences will be charged at the same rates as the companies Eneel: R$ 1.33 per kWh and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m³ (cubic meter). Photographs of the meter and water meter will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;
6 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;
7 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at check-in;
8 - Smoking is prohibited inside the properties. Do not discard cigarette butts in the garden;
9 - Visitors are not allowed, only authorized guests;
10 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water). There are no refunds or cancellations of reservations, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;
11 - At checkout, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate place;
12 - Use the clotheslines for drying clothes (do not use furniture or walls);
13 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests;
14 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
15 - Houses 2 and 3 have a private barbecue area, and Apartments 1 to 4 share the use of the outdoor barbecue area by appointment. After use: clean the grill, collect trash, and tidy up the space;
16 - Up to 1 small or medium-sized pet is allowed per unit. Do not leave your pet alone, pick up after it, and bring your own items (bed, bowls, etc.);
17 - 1 parking space per unit; extra vehicles must remain outside the condominium;
18 - Access with a master key may be required for maintenance, if necessary. Any incidents must be reported immediately during your stay;
19 - Reservations are strictly prohibited for minors without their legal guardians;
20 - For instant reservations, in order to ensure proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after reservation confirmation for check-in authorization. Reservations confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
