The pool in the photo belongs to the CONDOMINIUM and is for SHARED USE.

IMPORTANT:

- Use of the barbecue located in the condominium's common area must be scheduled in advance and is subject to a usage fee, the amount of which should be checked directly with local management.

- For reservations with pets, only small animals are allowed, with a limit of one pet per accommodation. If damage is identified or if extra cleaning is necessary, the corresponding amount will be charged after an inspection at checkout.

1 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that specific booking blocks may be required; for special requests, please inquire about availability and conditions.

2 - Our check-in window closes at 10:00 PM. An extra fee of R$100.00 applies for check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not permitted.

3 - Please note that we do not change bed linens or towels during your stay. If you would like this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee.

5 - Guests of guests are not permitted in the condominium complex. Access is restricted to the guests listed on the reservation; parties and events are not allowed.

6 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms are not available for guest use.

7 - After the reservation is confirmed, you must send a photo of the ID documents for all guests (including the primary guest/reservation holder); the primary guest must be present at check-in.

8 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

9 - We are not liable for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of common areas within the condominium complex, whether scheduled or urgent. No refunds or cancellations will be issued provided that the use of the private property itself remains unaffected.

10 - Upon check-out, dishes must be washed, and trash must be collected and disposed of in the appropriate area.

11 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will prioritize resolving them.

12 - We allow one small pet, provided that they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. Inside the house, please do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. While we generally do not charge extra for hosting pets, if pet hair is found on the upholstery or if the pet causes damage to the furniture at check-out, the guest will be charged for the additional cleaning or repair costs;

13 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

14 - Reservations for minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

15 - Condominium rules prohibit the use of glass bottles, cups, or any other glass containers in the pool area;

16 - Pool use is permitted from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM due to the proximity to residential units;

17 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers;

18 - For instant bookings, to ensure the property is properly cleaned and prepared, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after booking confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized from 9:00 AM, provided the property is fully prepared.
