1 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that specific booking blocks may apply; for special requirements, please inquire about availability and conditions.

2 - Our check-in window closes at 10:00 PM. Check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur an extra fee of R$100.00. Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not permitted.

3 - Please note that we do not change bed linen or towels during your stay. If you wish to request this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee.

5 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out, solely for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers.

6 - Locked cabinets, doors, or rooms are not available for guest use.

7 - Following reservation confirmation, a photo of the identification document for every guest—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the primary holder must be present at check-in.

8 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

9 - Unreported extra guests are subject to a surcharge of R$180/day, provided the total number remains within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the allowed limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (imposed by the condominium) and immediate cancellation of the reservation.

10 - Any visitors must be reported and authorized in advance; visits are subject to availability and the total number of people (including guests and visitors) cannot exceed the house's capacity of 5 people.

11 - We are not liable for issues caused by utility services (electricity, internet, water) or closures of condominium common areas, whether scheduled or urgent. No refunds or reservation cancellations will be issued provided the use of the private property itself remains unaffected. 12 - Upon check-out, dishes must be left washed, and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate location;

13 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will prioritize these requests;

13 - We allow one small pet, provided they relieve themselves in designated areas. Inside the house, pets must not sleep on upholstered furniture or beds. As a general rule, we do not charge extra for pets; however, if pet hair is found on the upholstery or if the pet causes damage to the furniture upon check-out, the guest will be charged for the extra cleaning or repairs;

15 - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

16 - Booking by minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians is strictly prohibited;

17 - Condominium rules prohibit the use of glass bottles, cups, or any other glass containers in the pool area;

18 - Pool use is permitted from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM due to the proximity to residences;

19 - For instant bookings, to ensure the property is properly cleaned and organized, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day. In such cases, check-in may be authorized from 9:00 AM, provided the property is fully prepared.
