Located in the sophisticated Aretê condominium in Búzios, our house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, an integrated living room and equipped kitchen. The environment is designed to offer comfort, practicality and unforgettable moments with friends or family. The outdoor area is complete with a swimming pool, gourmet space and jet ski pier with direct access to the canal;


The living room is spacious, integrated with the dining room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances, a water filter, and all the necessary items for those who enjoy cooking or simply want practicality in their daily lives. The high-speed Wi-Fi connection is ideal for those who want to relax watching a movie as well as those who need to work during their stay;

Outside, leisure time is guaranteed. The private pool overlooking the canal offers a perfect setting for relaxation, while the gourmet area with a charcoal grill invites long afternoons of barbecuing and good company. For those who enjoy the sea, the house also has a jet ski pier and direct access to the canal;

3rd Ground Floor Suite + extra single mattress, wardrobe and air conditioning (3 people);

The condominium also has a shared leisure area with a children's playground and sports courts;

IMPORTANT:

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend housekeepers who prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed should these extra services be required during their stay;


Our check-in/out process is simple; to ensure efficiency for our guests, we have 24-hour reception and authorize key handover upon group identification and all necessary information.

Our house is located facing the canal (Toriba, North Sector B). Aretê is unlike anything you've ever seen in Búzios. It has a private gatehouse and 24-hour security;

For sports enthusiasts, it has a running track and a bike path. For children, there's a playground and children's play equipment; it's planned and divided into zones;

The Aretê neighborhood is a bold development that combines modernity and nature, with plenty of green space and canals for navigation within it, giving even more grandeur to the location and providing incredible experiences;


We recommend that you travel by car within the condominium, entering and exiting. The city is very well served by Uber and other ride-hailing apps that also offer pick-up and drop-off services at the residence, should the guest not have their own vehicle.

3 - O consumo de energia elétrica será isento de cobrança até 80 kWh, e o de água até 3 m³. Não se trata de um limite, e sim de uma quantidade de consumo já incluída na estadia. Caso esses valores sejam ultrapassados, será cobrado apenas o excedente, com base nas tarifa das companhias Eneel: R$ 1,33 o Kw/hr e Prolagos: R$ 25,90 por cada m3 (metro cubico). Fotografia do relógio e hidrômetro serão aferidos na entrada e no ato do Check out;

4 - Não nos responsabilizamos por objetos esquecidos na acomodação. Caso algum item seja localizado durante a vistoria, poderá ser guardado por até 14 dias após o check-out, apenas para recolha pelo hóspede ou responsável. Por questões logísticas, não realizamos envios via correios ou transportadoras.

5 - Armários trancadas, portas ou cômodos fechados, não estarão disponíveis para uso;

6 - Após a confirmação da reserva, deverá ser enviada foto do documento de todos os hóspedes, bem como o TITULAR da reserva, e DEVERÁ ESTAR PRESENTE NO MOMENTO DO CHECK IN;

7 - Não é permitido fumar no interior da casa;

8 - Hóspedes extras não informados estão sujeitos ao reajuste de R$180/dia, desde que dentro da capacidade da casa. Ultrapassar a capacidade ou violar o limite permitido resulta em multa de R$ 2.500 (condomínio) e cancelamento imediato da reserva

9 - Em caso de necessidade de receber visitas, as mesmas precisam ser informadas e autorizadas com antecedência, sujeitas a disponibilidade não podendo ultrapassar a capacidade da casa de 8 pessoas;

10 - Não nos responsabilizamos por danos causados ​​por serviços públicos (energia, internet, água) ou interdições nas áreas comuns do condomínio, sejam programadas ou urgentes. Não há reembolso ou cancelamento de reserva, desde que o uso do imóvel privado não esteja comprometido;

11 - No ato do check out, a louça deve ser deixada lavada e o lixo recolhido e descartado em local apropriado;

12 - Qualquer intercorrência deverá ser reportada de imediato durante a hospedagem, daremos máxima prioridade nas demandas;

13 - Não é permitido pet;

14 - Regra de silêncio noturno 22:00 as 8:00;

15- É expressamente proibido a reserva para menores de idade sem estarem acompanhados de seus tutores legais
