7 - Extra guests not informed are subject to a R$180/day adjustment, as long as they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (condominium) and immediate cancellation of the reservation.

9 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (energy, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There are no refunds or cancellations of reservations, as long as the use of the private property is not compromised;
10 - At the time of check-out, the dishes must be washed and the trash collected and disposed of in an appropriate place;
11 - Any incidents must be reported immediately during your stay, and we will give top priority to requests;
12 - Nighttime silence rule from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am;

My experience at the property started at the on-site management, which was super friendly and helpful as I was having internet issues and did not complete some requirements prior to entry. With their assistance, I managed to get it solved easily. The hosting team was very approachable via whatsap and assisted me. As we arrived too early to check in and we were starving, the on-site manager allowed us to leave the bags at the back area of reception and guaranteed us it was safe. When we returned, nothing was touched or missing, which is a really good sign that we were in good hands. Upon entry at the property, I found a very cosy, well looked after apartment that had all we needed for the length of our stay. All utilities were working, and all we needed was available. After a few days, we noticed points that could be improved. Although it did not affect our stay, I thought it could be nice to let the hosting team know what could affect other people stay. They were very approachable via whatsap and were interested in the points I have identified as opportunities to improve. The place was great, location amazing, budget reasonable, and for brazilian household standards, it is quite exceptional. I would love to stay there again or in any other property that the team manages. It was very safe, very comfortable, and looked after.
I liked it all. There is nothing to report negatively.
