There are 4 suites with air conditioning, a half bathroom, a spacious living room, a large outdoor area with a pool, a half bathroom, a sunbathing area, a barbecue area, and a full kitchen (equipped with bed linens, towels, crockery, and appliances).

The house is very comfortable, everything is up-to-date, and beautifully decorated. It's the ideal property for those seeking quality rest.

1st Ground Floor Suite - Equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed, and bathroom; (3 people)

2nd Ground Floor Suite - With direct access to the pool, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 double bed, 1 extra single mattress, and bathroom; (3 people)

3rd Upper Suite - Features a balcony overlooking the green area, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed, 2 single beds, and bathroom; (4 people)

4th Upper Master Suite - Has a balcony with a pool view, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed, 1 twin trundle bed, 1 infant crib, and bathroom; (4 people + 1 baby up to 2 years old)

5.5 Bathrooms - 4 bathrooms in the suites + 1 half bath + half bath in the outdoor area

Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, stove, oven, cutlery, dishes, and everything you need for functionality.

4 - The daily rate includes an energy allowance equivalent to 18 kWh per day, and water consumption up to 3 m³ during the stay.

We clarify that these amounts correspond to a consumption quota already included and are not usage limits. In case of excess, it will be charged according to the current utility rates: Eneel: R$ 1.33 per kWh and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m³ (cubic meter). The energy and water meters will be read and photographed at check-in and check-out to determine consumption.

Access to the space is via keys that will be handed over upon guest identification at a prearranged time for in-person check-in.

1 - Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, due to the required cleaning interval between reservations. Please inquire about availability and conditions for special requests;

2 - Our check-in window extends until 10:00 PM. An extra fee of R$100.00 applies for check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not permitted.

3 - Please note that we do not change bed linen or towels during your stay. If you wish to use this service, please contact us via chat for information regarding the additional fee;

3 - Electricity consumption is included up to a limit of 18 kWh per day, and water consumption up to 3 m³ for the duration of the stay.

5 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If an item is found during inspection, it may be held for up to 14 days after check-out, solely for collection by the guest or an authorized representative. Due to logistical constraints, we do not ship items via postal services or carriers.

6 - Locked cabinets, doors, or rooms are not available for guest use;

7 - After reservation confirmation, a photo of the ID document for every guest—including the primary reservation holder—must be submitted; the primary holder must be present at check-in;

8 - Smoking inside the house is prohibited, as is sitting on indoor upholstered furniture while wet;

9 - Extra guests exceeding the house's capacity who were not declared are subject to a fine of R$1,500.00; if the situation is not rectified, the current reservation will be cancelled.

10 - The house accommodates 14 people; visitors are not permitted. Special cases require prior consultation and the host's approval;

11 - We are not liable for service interruptions caused by utility providers (electricity, internet, water). No refunds or reservation cancellations will be issued in such cases; 12 - Upon check-out, dishes must be left washed, and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate location;

13 - Any issues must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give top priority to such requests;

14 - We allow only one pet; for small pets, the pet fee is 400.00. Please inform us in advance regarding any special needs;

15 - Events are prohibited, and it is essential to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

16 - Reservations by minors unaccompanied by their legal guardians are strictly prohibited;

17 - The use of glass bottles, cups, or any other glass containers in the pool area is prohibited;

18 - Please do not move the furniture, especially beds between rooms;

19 - Dispose of cigarette butts and general trash only in the designated trash bins;

20 - Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in a fine and/or other appropriate measures, depending on the severity of the violation;

21 - For instant bookings, to ensure the property is properly cleaned and organized, we require a 2-to-3-hour window after confirmation before check-in is available. Bookings confirmed after 7:00 PM will be accommodated the following day; in such cases, check-in may be authorized starting at 9:00 AM, provided the property is fully prepared.
