1st Ground Floor Suite - Equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed and bathroom; (3 people)
2nd Ground Floor Suite - With direct access to the pool, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 double bed, 1 extra single mattress and bathroom; (3 people)
3rd Superior Suite - Has a balcony overlooking the green area, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed, 2 single beds and bathroom; (4 people)
4th Superior Master Suite - Has a balcony overlooking the pool, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed and 1 single bunk bed + 1 crib, bathroom and whirlpool tub; (4 people + 1 baby up to 2 years old)
5.5 Bathrooms - 4 en-suite bathrooms + 1 guest bathroom + outdoor bathroom

To visit other beaches, we recommend a car or Uber. The city has a high number of Uber drivers.

1. Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need for cleaning intervals between reservations. For special needs, please check availability and conditions;
2. Our check-in time is until 10 PM. Between 9 PM and 11 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00. Check-ins after 11 PM are not permitted.
3. Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing linens;
4. Electricity consumption is free up to 80 kWh, and water consumption is free up to 3 m³. This is not a limit, but rather a consumption amount already included in the stay. If these values are exceeded, only the excess will be charged, based on the rates of the companies Eneel: R$ 1.33 per Kw/hr and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m3 (cubic meter). Photographs of the water meter and meter will be taken upon arrival and at check-out;
5 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any item is found during the inspection, it may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, only for collection by the guest or responsible party. For logistical reasons, we do not ship via mail or carriers.
6 - Locked cabinets, doors or closed rooms will not be available for use;
7 - After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;
8 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor is sitting wet on interior upholstery;
9 - Uninformed extra guests are subject to a daily fine of R$1500.00 and/or cancellation of the reservation;
10 - The house has a capacity for 14 people and visitors are not allowed. In cases of special needs, prior consultation and acceptance from the host will be required;
11 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water). There are no refunds or cancellations;
12 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate place;
13 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to these requests;
14 - Pets are not allowed, regardless of size;
15 - Events are prohibited, and it is essential to respect the nighttime quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
16 - Reservations for minors without legal guardianship are strictly prohibited.
17 - The use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass container is prohibited in the pool area.
18 - Please do not move furniture, especially beds, between rooms.
19 - Only dispose of cigarette butts and general trash in the trash cans.
20 - Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in fines and/or other applicable measures, depending on the severity.
21 - For instant reservations, in order to guarantee proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after reservation confirmation for check-in to be authorized. Reservations confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
