There are 4 suites with air conditioning, a half bathroom, a spacious living room, a large outdoor area with a pool, a half bathroom, a sunbathing area, a barbecue area, and a full kitchen (equipped with bed linens, towels, crockery, and appliances).

1st Ground Floor Suite - Equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed and bathroom; (3 people)
2nd Ground Floor Suite - With direct access to the pool, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 double bed, 1 extra single mattress and bathroom; (3 people)
3rd Superior Suite - Has a balcony overlooking the green area, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed, 2 single beds and bathroom; (4 people)
4th Superior Master Suite - Has a balcony overlooking the pool, equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 Queen bed and 1 single bunk bed + 1 crib, bathroom and whirlpool tub; (4 people + 1 baby up to 2 years old)
5.5 Bathrooms - 4 en-suite bathrooms + 1 guest bathroom + outdoor bathroom

1 - Check-in at 3:00 PM - Check-out at 11:00 AM - Due to the need for cleaning between reservations, please check availability and conditions for special needs.
2 - Our check-in time is until 10:00 PM. Between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, there is an additional fee of R$100.00 BRL. Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not permitted.
3 - We inform you that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee;
4 - Electricity consumption will be exempt from charges up to 80 kWh, and water consumption up to 3 m³. This is not a limit, but rather a consumption amount already included in the stay. If these values are exceeded, only the excess will be charged, based on the Eneel rates: R$1.33 per kilowatt-hour and Prolagos: R$25.90 per cubic meter. A photograph of the clock and water meter will be taken upon arrival and check-out;
5 - Locked cabinets, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;
6 - After the reservation is confirmed, a photo of all guests' IDs must be sent, as well as the reservation holder's ID, and they must be present at check-in;
7 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house, nor is sitting on wet upholstery.
8 - Unspecified extra guests are subject to a daily fine of R$1,500.00 and/or cancellation of the reservation;
9 - The house has capacity for 12 people, and visitors will not be allowed. In cases of special needs, prior consultation and approval from the host will be required;
10 - We are not responsible for damages caused by utilities (electricity, internet, water). There are no refunds or reservation cancellations;
11 - Upon check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of appropriately;
12 - Any incidents should be reported immediately during your stay; we will give top priority to requests;
13 - Pets are not allowed, regardless of size;
14 - Events are prohibited, and it is essential to respect the nighttime quiet rule from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
15 - Reservations are strictly prohibited for minors without their legal guardians.
16 - The use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass containers in the pool area is prohibited;
17 - Please do not move furniture, especially beds, between rooms.
18 - Only throw cigarette butts and general trash in the trash cans.
19 - Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in the application of a fine and/or other applicable measures, depending on the severity;
