A charming property, we have a private gourmet area, an adult pool and a children's beach, 5 air-conditioned suites, and super cozy and well-decorated spaces, ready to welcome you and your group with comfort.

Our unit offers privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue area, and pool are private. In addition to the amenities offered, we also offer leisure options in the comfort of the property.

There are 5 suites with air conditioning, a powder room, a spacious living room, a large outdoor area with a pool, a sunbathing area, a barbecue area, and a full kitchen (equipped with crockery, cutlery, and appliances).

The house is very comfortable and fully ventilated with excellent natural light.

4th Suite, Upper Floor - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 standard double bed;

5th Suite, Upper Floor - Equipped with air conditioning, 1 standard double bed + 1 single bed;

There are 5 bathrooms in the suites + 1 half bathroom (1 external and 1 internal).

KITCHEN:

Full kitchen with utensils and appliances, stove, oven, cutlery, microwave, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, dishes, and utensils for convenience.

LIVING ROOM AND AMENITIES:

Combined living/dining room with dining table, 50" Smart TV, leisure area, sofas and armchairs available for relaxing, and lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Parking/Garage:

Note: A gardener and pool attendant usually come in the mornings a few days a week for maintenance and cleaning. All to better serve you.

Access is through identification, with an employee responsible for receiving our guests and handing over keys.

We are communicative and responsive with our responses. We stay in touch with our guests to ensure check-in has gone as planned and throughout their stay to provide support when needed.
