There are 4 suites, all air-conditioned.

The living room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve you and your group, with top-of-the-line appliances, a gourmet area with a private barbecue, private pool, sunbathing area, fiber optic Wi-Fi and a TV with Smart function.

We can accommodate up to 10 people in these 4 suites and the distribution of beds is as detailed below:

1) Suite with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, air conditioning and bathroom.

2) Suite with 1 Queen size bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and bathroom,

3) Suite with 1 King size bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and bathroom,

4) Suite with 1 trundle bed + 1 extra single mattress, air conditioning and bathroom

In the kitchen, we have:

Dishes, cutlery, pans, stove with stainless steel hood, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven.

In the gourmet/private leisure area, we have:

Barbecue grill with accessories, countertop, tables and chairs.

We have an outdoor sunbathing area with lounge chairs, bungalow and private pool.

There are up to 3 parking spaces (depending on the size of the car)

Note: Gardener and pool attendant usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. All to better serve you.

The condominium has EXCELLENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND 24-HOUR DOORMAN!

Guests can access the property by providing identification and authorization at agreed times;

Keys will be made available on site by the management and handed over to the guest, who will have access to the entire space (House) and access to the common areas of the condominium according to the conditions set out in this advertisement.

We are super agile in customer service, we interact with our guests via chat on the booking platform and, after closing, we also provide our direct contacts to increase the efficiency of responses, before, during and after your trip.

Manguinhos is an extremely delightful neighborhood. The local commerce is extremely varied and complete, and it is self-sufficient in relation to the city center, with: pharmacies, bakeries, markets, fish market, great restaurants, home decor stores, convenience stores, gas stations, laundromats and much more!

The long beach with calm, warm waters is ideal for walking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants with various specialties. Just visit and fall in love!

The entrance to the condominium is via Av Jose Ribeiro Dantas, which makes it very easy to get around, regardless of your purpose. There are buses, vans, and Uber. It is 200 meters from the condominium to Manguinhos beach.

1 - Check in as 16h - Check out as 12h - Devido a necessidade de bloqueio de noites, para necessidades especiais consulte disponibilidade e condições;

2 - Informamos que não realizamos a troca de roupas de cama e banho durante a estadia. Caso deseje esse serviço, favor consultar via chat informações sobre a taxa adicional para troca;

3 - O consumo de luz não é cobrado até 80Kw/hr e água até 3m³ Acima destes consumos, as respectivas diferenças serão tarifadas pela mesma tarifa das companhias Eneel: R$ 1,33 o Kw/hr e Prolagos: R$ 25,90 por cada m3 (metro cubico). Fotografia do relógio e hidrômetro serão aferidos na entrada e no ato do Check out;

4 - Armários trancadas, portas ou cômodos fechados, não estarão disponíveis para uso;

5 - Após a confirmação da reserva, deverá ser enviada foto do documento de todos os hóspedes, bem como o titular da reserva, e deverá estar presente no momento do check in;

6 - Não é permitido fumar no interior da casa;

7 - Hóspedes extras não informados estão sujeitos ao reajuste de R$180/dia, desde que dentro da capacidade da casa. Ultrapassar a capacidade ou violar o limite permitido resulta em multa de R$ 2.500 (condomínio) e cancelamento imediato da reserva

8 - Em caso de necessidade de receber visitas, as mesmas precisam ser informadas e autorizadas com antecedência, sujeitas a disponibilidade não podendo ultrapassar a capacidade da casa de 10 pessoas;

9 - Não nos responsabilizamos por danos causados por serviços públicos (energia, internet, água) ou interdições nas áreas comuns do condomínio, sejam programadas ou urgentes. Não há reembolso ou cancelamento de reserva, desde que o uso do imóvel privado não esteja comprometido;

10 - No ato do check out, a louça deve ser deixada lavada e o lixo recolhido e descartado em local apropriado;

11 - Qualquer intercorrência deverá ser reportada de imediato durante a hospedagem, daremos máxima prioridade nas demandas;

12 - Permitimos animais de pequeno porte limitado a 2, desde que suas necessidades sejam feitas em locais adequados. Na casa, pedimos que não durmam nos estofados ou camas, no caso de hospedagem com animais, em via de regra não cobramos extra, mas caso no ato do check out for verificado a presença de pelos nos estofados, ou algum dano a mobília causada pelo Pet, esta higienização extra ou o reparo sobre a avaria será cobrado do hospede;

13 - Regra de silêncio noturno 22:00 as 8:00;

14- É expressamente proibido a reserva para menores de idade sem estarem acompanhados de seus tutores legais

15 - É proibido o uso de garrafas, copos, ou qualquer outro recipiente de vidro na área da piscina;
