There are 4 suites, all air-conditioned.
The living room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve you and your group, with top-of-the-line appliances, a gourmet area with a private barbecue, private pool, sunbathing area, fiber optic Wi-Fi and a TV with Smart function.
We can accommodate up to 10 people in these 4 suites and the distribution of beds is as detailed below:
1) Suite with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, air conditioning and bathroom.
2) Suite with 1 Queen size bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and bathroom,
3) Suite with 1 King size bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and bathroom,
4) Suite with 1 trundle bed + 1 extra single mattress, air conditioning and bathroom
In the kitchen, we have:
Dishes, cutlery, pans, stove with stainless steel hood, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven.
In the gourmet/private leisure area, we have:
Barbecue grill with accessories, countertop, tables and chairs.
We have an outdoor sunbathing area with lounge chairs, bungalow and private pool.
There are up to 3 parking spaces (depending on the size of the car)
Note: Gardener and pool attendant usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. All to better serve you.

Guests can access the property by providing identification and authorization at agreed times;
Keys will be made available on site by the management and handed over to the guest, who will have access to the entire space (House) and access to the common areas of the condominium according to the conditions set out in this advertisement.
We are super agile in customer service, we interact with our guests via chat on the booking platform and, after closing, we also provide our direct contacts to increase the efficiency of responses, before, during and after your trip.
Manguinhos is an extremely delightful neighborhood. The local commerce is extremely varied and complete, and it is self-sufficient in relation to the city center, with: pharmacies, bakeries, markets, fish market, great restaurants, home decor stores, convenience stores, gas stations, laundromats and much more!
The long beach with calm, warm waters is ideal for walking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants with various specialties. Just visit and fall in love!
The entrance to the condominium is via Av Jose Ribeiro Dantas, which makes it very easy to get around, regardless of your purpose. There are buses, vans, and Uber. It is 200 meters from the condominium to Manguinhos beach.

1 - Check in at 4pm - Check out at 12pm - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs, please check availability and conditions;
2 - We inform you that we do not change bed linen and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please contact us via chat for information about the additional fee for changing;
3 - Electricity consumption will be exempt from charge up to 80 kWh, and water consumption up to 3 m³. This is not a limit, but rather an amount of consumption already included in the stay. If these values are exceeded, only the excess will be charged, based on the rates of the companies Eneel: R$ 1.33 per Kw/hr and Prolagos: R$ 25.90 per m3 (cubic meter). A photograph of the clock and water meter will be checked upon arrival and at the time of check out;
4 - Locked cabinets, doors or closed rooms will not be available for use;
5 - After the reservation is confirmed, a photo of the ID of all guests must be sent, as well as the person who made the reservation, and must be present at the time of check-in;
6 - Smoking is not permitted inside the house;
7 - Extra guests not informed are subject to a R$180/day adjustment, as long as they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$2,500 (condominium) and immediate cancellation of the reservation.
8 - In case of needing to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 10 people;
9 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (energy, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There are no refunds or cancellations of reservations, as long as the use of the private property is not compromised;
10 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in an appropriate place;
11 - Any incidents must be reported immediately during your stay, and we will give top priority to requests;
12 - We allow up to 2 small animals, as long as they relieve themselves in appropriate places. In the house, we ask that they do not sleep on the upholstery or beds. In the case of accommodation with animals, as a rule, we do not charge extra, but if at the time of check-out we find the presence of fur on the upholstery, or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair of the damage will be charged to the guest;
13 - Nighttime silence rule from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am;
14 - Reservations for minors without being accompanied by their legal guardians are expressly prohibited
15 - The use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass containers in the pool area is prohibited;
