Upon entering the house, guests will be greeted by a welcoming atmosphere, with a green area equipped with sun loungers and a private pool that offers the option of heating and has hydromassage points for extra relaxation and night lighting;
Uncovered garage in front of the house for 3 medium cars;
Integrated TV and dining room with 6-seater dining table and 55’’ Smart TV with basic cable TV channels;
The kitchen is complete with basic utensils and appliances;
There are 4 air-conditioned suites and 2 bathrooms (1 internal and 1 external);
1st ground floor suite with 2 double beds with wardrobe;
2nd Suite on the ground floor with 1 double bed with wardrobe;
3rd suite on the upper floor with 1 double bed with wardrobe;
4th suite on the upper floor with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with wardrobe;
The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and clotheslines;
The gourmet area with bar stools on the counter, 2 armchairs and 1 larger wicker stool. Also equipped with a professional brewer, frost free refrigerator and a dining table with 8 seats;

The condominium has an entrance on Av Jose Bento Ribeiro Dantas, where for movement, regardless of the purpose, it is very viable. There are buses, vans, Uber and many places where you can walk to the beach.

1- Check in at 4pm - Check out at 12pm - Due to the need to block nights. Early check in and late check out is possible for a FEE and subject to availability. Consult for more information;
2- Local energy is bad and to avoid overload, it is recommended to use a maximum of 2 showers at a time, to avoid a power outage - Separate electricity charge as per the description in the ad;
3- It is the guest's duty to comply with instructions set internally in the property AND in the condominium.
4- Attempts to access locked cabinets, doors or closed rooms are not permitted, you must pay attention to what has been announced, subject to penalties;
5- The common parts and equipment of the condominium may eventually be closed on a scheduled basis or for some urgent unexpected reason, with no refund or cancellation of reservation being permitted for this reason, as long as it does not compromise the use of the private property.
6- In the condominium there is a nighttime silence rule that must be respected. -
7- Pets are not allowed;
8- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
9- By the check-in date, the number of guests must be informed and updated in the reservation;
10- Uninformed extra guests will incur a fine corresponding to R$180.00 per day per guest, which or the reservation will be subject to cancellation due to non-compliance with pre-established rules;
11- All nights/days are due, with no refunds being allowed during or after check out, under penalty of breach of contract and default, subject to protest.
12- Agreements and orders must be made through the contracted platform.
13- It is expressly prohibited to receive visitors on the property.
14. We cannot be held responsible for interruptions when it comes to poor quality of services from public service companies such as energy, internet and water.
15.Kitchen items are for the guest's convenience, replaced annually, some may be scratched, but in full usable condition, and cannot be replaced or disputed.
16. The cleaning fee includes cleaning before check-in, bed linen, laundry. To obtain a daily cleaning service from the housekeeper during the reservation period, the guest must request the service at closing to agree days/times/price and services that will be provided.
17- Before checking out, the guest must collect trash from the kitchen and bathrooms and dispose of it in an appropriate place.
18- Any complications must be reported immediately during accommodation, we will give maximum priority to demands.
19 - The guest must report any damage to the inventory before checking out.
20- Keys must be left at the entrance when checking out.
21- The Guest must check the property inventory upon arrival.
22. The guest is aware that they are renting a house, apartment or seasonal property. Daily cleaning services are not included in the contractual relationship, and this service is offered separately upon contracting.
23. It is prohibited to exceed speeds of 20km/hr inside the condominium;
24. Experimentation with horns, engines and other devices capable of disturbing local order is prohibited;
25. After confirming the reservation, the full name of all guests must be provided and the identification photo, CPF and proof of address of the HOLDER of the reservation must also be provided, and THEY MUST ALSO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN.

27. Light consumption will be charged by the company Eneel: R$ 1.40 per Kw/hr. Photograph of the clock will be taken at the entrance and at check out.
