Located in the Geribá region, one of the most valued and lively areas of Búzios, the condominium offers guests a large leisure area with a swimming pool and a complete barbecue area. The location is privileged, just 200 meters from Geribá Beach, one of the city's best-known beaches, famous for its perfect waves for surfing and its relaxed atmosphere. It's the ideal place for walks, water sports, and relaxing by the sea.
The condominium has a gourmet area equipped with a barbecue and a shared swimming pool.
The pool in the photo belongs to the CONDOMINIUM and is for SHARED USE.
Use of the barbecue in the condominium's common area must be scheduled in advance.

- For reservations with pets, only small pets are accepted, with one pet allowed per accommodation. In case of damage or need for extra cleaning, the corresponding amount will be charged after verification at checkout.

1. Check-in at 3 PM - Check-out at 11 AM - Due to the need to block nights, for special needs please check availability and conditions;
2. Our check-in time is until 10 PM. Between 9 PM and 11 PM, there is an extra fee of R$100.00. Check-ins after 11 PM are not permitted.
3. Please note that we do not change bed linens and towels during your stay. If you require this service, please inquire via chat about the additional fee for changing linens;
5. Guests are not allowed in the condominium. Access is restricted to guests of the reservation only; parties and events are not permitted.
6. Locked lockers, doors, or closed rooms will not be available for use;
7. After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests, as well as the reservation holder, must be sent and must be present at the time of check-in;
8 - Smoking is not allowed inside the house;
9 - Uninformed extra guests are subject to an additional charge of R$180/day, provided they are within the house's capacity. Exceeding capacity or violating the permitted limit will result in a fine of R$2,500 (condominium fees) and immediate cancellation of the reservation.
10 - If you need to receive visitors, they must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability and cannot exceed the house's capacity of 6 people;
11 - We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (electricity, internet, water) or closures in the common areas of the condominium, whether scheduled or urgent. There is no refund or cancellation of the reservation, provided that the use of the private property is not compromised;
12 - At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash collected and disposed of in the appropriate place;
13 - Any incident must be reported immediately during your stay; we will give maximum priority to your requests. 13 - We allow small pets, limited to 1, provided they relieve themselves in appropriate areas. In the house, we ask that pets do not sleep on the upholstered furniture or beds. In the case of guests staying with pets, we generally do not charge extra, but if at check-out we find pet hair on the upholstered furniture or any damage to the furniture caused by the pet, this extra cleaning or repair will be charged to the guest;
15 - Nighttime quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
16 - Reservations are strictly prohibited for minors without their legal guardians;
17 - As per condominium rules, the use of bottles, glasses, or any other glass containers is prohibited in the pool area;
18 - Pool use is permitted from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM due to its proximity to the residences.
19 - We are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation. If any items are found during the inspection, they may be kept for up to 14 days after check-out, for collection by the guest or their representative only. For logistical reasons, we do not ship items via mail or courier services.
20 - For instant bookings, in order to guarantee proper cleaning and organization of the property, we request a period of 2 to 3 hours after booking confirmation before check-in is authorized. Bookings confirmed after 7 PM will be received the following day. In these cases, check-in may be authorized from 9 AM onwards, provided the property is already properly prepared.
