Located in a private condominium with 24-hour security, our house offers tranquility and comfort, ensuring a peaceful stay for groups of up to 10 people.

It also features a private pool and barbecue area, a spacious living room, a guest restroom, and a kitchen equipped with a water filter, all designed to ensure a practical and comfortable experience for our guests.

There is also an outdoor area with a private pool and barbecue, and a modern structure that accommodates up to 10 people in 4 air-conditioned suites.

For your comfort, we provide bed linens and towels, a hairdryer, and an iron for clothes.

The house has 4 air-conditioned suites (2 upstairs and 2 on the ground floor) that accommodate up to 10 people:

1st Upstairs Suite: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, smart TV, balcony, and bathroom (2 people);

2nd Upstairs Suite: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, balcony, and bathroom (2 people);

3rd Ground Floor Suite: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, study/home office desk, and bathroom (2 people);

4th Ground Floor Suite: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and bathroom (2 people);

*For bookings of more than 8 people, we offer an extra single mattress to be placed in the guest’s preferred room, observing the maximum occupancy of 10 people;

*If desired, we can recommend excellent housekeepers for breakfast, lunch, and house organization as needed. We can also recommend barbecue specialists if you need these extra services during your stay;

* Electricity usage is not charged up to 80Kw/hr and water up to 3m³. Above these limits, any excess will be charged at the same rate as the utility companies: R$ 1.33 per Kw/hr and R$ 25.90 per m³. The meter and water gauge will be photographed at check-in and check-out;

Access to the space is provided through keys that will be handed over upon identification of the guests at a pre-arranged check-in time;
